【摘要】：正協(xié)商中需要有藍(lán)軍思維,堅(jiān)定問(wèn)題導(dǎo)向,以查找、分析和解決問(wèn)題優(yōu)化決策作為協(xié)商的目的政黨協(xié)商的地位和作用毋庸置疑,然而實(shí)踐中,在一些地方政黨協(xié)商還存在隨意性、表面化和形式化的問(wèn)題,筆者通過(guò)調(diào)研發(fā)現(xiàn),做好政黨協(xié)商除了需要完善內(nèi)容和形式、健全制度和機(jī)制、建設(shè)平臺(tái)和隊(duì)伍外,還需要有藍(lán)軍思維。藍(lán)軍原是指在軍事模擬對(duì)抗演習(xí)中專門(mén)扮演假想敵的部隊(duì),藍(lán)軍不是敵軍,也不是單純的友軍,而是友軍中的諍友軍。藍(lán)軍的價(jià)值在于圍繞紅軍的能力建設(shè)從不同視角審
[Abstract]:There is no doubt that the position and role of political party negotiation as the purpose of negotiation is to have blue army thinking and firm problem orientation in order to find, analyze and solve problem optimization decision making as the purpose of negotiation, but in practice, In some places, there are still problems of arbitrariness, surface and formalization in political party negotiation. The author finds that in addition to perfecting the content and form, perfecting the system and mechanism, constructing platform and team, the author finds out that in order to do the party consultation well, we should not only improve the content and form, but also perfect the system and mechanism. There is also a need for a Blues mind. The Blue Army was originally the unit that played the imaginary enemy in the simulated military confrontation exercise. The Blue Army was not an enemy, nor a friend, but a friend of a friendly army. The value of the Blue Army lies in considering from different angles around the ability building of the Red Army.
