【摘要】：馬克思在探索人類社會歷史發(fā)展規(guī)律、創(chuàng)建唯物史觀的過程中,對國家的本質(zhì)屬性及其演進(jìn)規(guī)律作了深刻闡釋。盡管馬克思未能為后人留下專門論述國家問題的著作,但他關(guān)于國家的闡述卻廣泛存在于他的各種著作中,為后人解讀其國家觀提供了寶貴的文本資料。 馬克思的資本批判理論與其國家觀之間存在著緊密的聯(lián)系。本文對馬克思國家觀的萌芽、創(chuàng)立、完善作了梳理,重點(diǎn)揭示了馬克思的國家觀與資本批判之間的內(nèi)在聯(lián)系,并由此闡明了馬克思國家觀的當(dāng)代意義。文章分為三個(gè)部分： 第一章,西方國家哲學(xué)以及馬克思的批判。主要探討了西方最具代表性的三種國家理論以及馬克思西方哲學(xué)中的國家觀的批判及其視域。 第二章,馬克思國家觀的創(chuàng)立與完善。通過追溯馬克思從現(xiàn)代社會的政治哲學(xué)批判到現(xiàn)代社會的歷史哲學(xué)批判,再到現(xiàn)代社會的政治經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)批判的思想運(yùn)演過程,較為系統(tǒng)地剖析和梳理了馬克思國家觀的萌芽、創(chuàng)立和完善過程。(1)政治哲學(xué)批判對理性國家的質(zhì)疑以及對市民社會的分析,推動馬克思從理性國家觀向唯物主義國家觀的轉(zhuǎn)變；(2)歷史哲學(xué)批判對于物質(zhì)生產(chǎn)關(guān)系在社會諸因素中的重要作用的分析,進(jìn)一步推動了馬克思唯物主義國家觀的創(chuàng)建,即發(fā)現(xiàn)了國家作為“虛幻的共同體”的階級性實(shí)質(zhì)；(3)政治經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)批判則對國家與資本之間的關(guān)系作了深入系統(tǒng)的剖析,并由此闡發(fā)了馬克思對現(xiàn)代國家的實(shí)質(zhì)與基本特征的科學(xué)理解。 第三章,闡述了馬克思國家觀的當(dāng)代意義。馬克思國家觀的當(dāng)代意義在于為洞察“新的世界秩序”提供了科學(xué)的理論基礎(chǔ)；為我國社會主義民主政治建設(shè)提供了方法論指導(dǎo)；為建設(shè)“和諧世界”和人類探尋自由解放之路指明了方向。
[Abstract]:In the course of exploring the law of the historical development of human society and creating historical materialism, Marx made a profound explanation of the essential attribute of the country and its evolution law. Although Marx failed to leave his works on national issues for later generations, his exposition on the state existed widely in his various works, which provided valuable textual materials for the posterity to interpret his concept of state. There is a close relation between Marx's theory of capital criticism and his view of state. This paper combs the germination, creation and perfection of Marx's concept of state, emphatically reveals the internal relation between Marx's view of state and critique of capital, and thus clarifies the contemporary significance of Marx's view of state. The article is divided into three parts: the first chapter, Western philosophy and Marx's criticism. This paper mainly discusses the three most representative state theories in the West and the critique and scope of the state view in Marx's western philosophy. The second chapter, the establishment and perfection of Marx's concept of state. By tracing back to the ideological process of Marx's criticism of political philosophy in modern society to historical philosophy in modern society, and to the criticism of political economy in modern society, this paper systematically analyzes and combs the germination of Marx's concept of state. (1) the criticism of political philosophy has questioned the rational country and analyzed the civil society, which has promoted Marx's transformation from rational state to materialistic state; (2) the analysis of the important role of historical philosophical criticism on the relations of material production in various social factors has further promoted the establishment of Marxist materialist view of the state, that is, the discovery of the class nature of the state as an "illusory community"; (3) the critique of political economy makes a deep and systematic analysis of the relationship between the state and the capital, and expounds Marx's scientific understanding of the essence and basic characteristics of the modern country. The third chapter expounds the contemporary significance of Marx's view of state. The contemporary significance of Marx's view of state lies in providing a scientific theoretical basis for insight into the "new world order", and providing a methodological guide for the construction of socialist democratic politics in China. It points out the direction for building a harmonious world and exploring the road of freedom and liberation.
