【摘要】：一些聲稱揭示政治真實本性的話語和論述一次又一次地出現(xiàn),試圖對主導(dǎo)各類規(guī)范政治哲學(xué)的抽象、樂觀和理想化的政治理論發(fā)起挑戰(zhàn)。然而它們總是趨向保守、空洞抑或無知,不能達到它們所承諾的目標(biāo)。這種情況并非由理想政治理論的復(fù)蘇所致,而是各種形式的政治現(xiàn)實主義對政治領(lǐng)域可查明的實際特征遠沒有達到充分處理的水平。政治現(xiàn)實主義者們縮減了政治之域的復(fù)雜性,使之局限于權(quán)力的宏觀討論,以及重新引入他們本人嘗試遠離的倫理關(guān)懷,并完全忽視情感之域與在地話語。尤其晚近的現(xiàn)實主義者們在做的不是闡釋性的分析,而是規(guī)導(dǎo)性的分析,把民主理想與人文理想看做一個現(xiàn)實主義進路的地基,而忽視這樣一個事實:對政治之域的妥當(dāng)理解不能被縮減成這些特征。
[Abstract]:Some words and argumentations that claim to reveal the true nature of politics appear again and again, attempting to challenge the abstract, optimistic and idealized political theories that dominate various normative political philosophies. Yet they tend to be conservative, empty or ignorant, unable to achieve their promised goals. This situation is not caused by the revival of ideal political theory, but by the fact that various forms of political realism are far from fully dealing with the practical characteristics that can be identified in the political field. The political realists have reduced the complexity of the political domain, confined it to the macro discussion of power, reintroduced the ethical concern they have tried to avoid, and completely ignored the emotional domain and the discourse in the ground. What the more recent realists are doing, in particular, is not an explanatory analysis, but a formal analysis, which regards democratic ideals and humanistic ideals as the foundation of a realistic approach. Ignoring the fact that a proper understanding of the realm of politics cannot be reduced to these characteristics.
