巴納德的協(xié)作系統(tǒng)思想研究

【摘要】:切斯特·巴納德(1886-1961)是西方現(xiàn)代管理理論中社會系統(tǒng)學派的創(chuàng)始人,被譽為現(xiàn)代管理理論之父。針對管理與組織理論的一系列基本問題,巴納德提出了與傳統(tǒng)管理和組織理論完全不同的觀點。他將組織視為一個復雜的社會協(xié)作系統(tǒng),并認為在分析和研究管理問題時應融入社會學的觀點。在他看來,組織無法長久維持的原因在于沒有達到維持組織生存所必需的條件:有效性和有能率。如果組織既能夠滿足參與其中的參與者的動機又能夠保持有效性的話,那么組織中的協(xié)作就會持續(xù)進行,組織也會繼續(xù)運行。巴納德提出的“有效性"和“能率”這兩條原則將正式組織的要求同個人的需要結合起來,這在管理思想上是一個重大的突破與創(chuàng)新。 本文共分為四個部分,粗淺地研究和分析了巴納德的協(xié)作系統(tǒng)思想。第一部分是緒論,主要介紹選題的依據(jù)和意義、國內外研究動態(tài)以及研究的基本思路和方法;第二部分主要分析了協(xié)作系統(tǒng)思想產(chǎn)生的理論背景,通過對科學管理理論和人際關系理論價值的分析,得出協(xié)作系統(tǒng)思想產(chǎn)生的合理性,通過對科學管理理論和人際關系理論缺陷的研究,得出協(xié)作系統(tǒng)思想產(chǎn)生的必然性;第三部分系統(tǒng)地介紹了協(xié)作系統(tǒng)思想的主要內容,對協(xié)作系統(tǒng)思想的相關概念進行了界定,在對個人行為的有效性及能率、協(xié)作行為的有效性及能率和協(xié)作系統(tǒng)的有效性及能率的概念進行闡述的同時,也梳理了它們之間的內在邏輯關系;第四部分從協(xié)作系統(tǒng)思想是對前人思想的超越,是對管理理論與實踐的回應以及對現(xiàn)代管理理論和實踐的影響三個方面對巴納德協(xié)作系統(tǒng)理論進行了全面的評價,同時將協(xié)作系統(tǒng)思想與我國的行政管理相結合,得出了以人為本,建設公共服務型政府,“效率”與“能率"相結合以及加強“溝通”和“協(xié)作”三點啟示。 本文試圖遵循從個人行為的有效性及能率到協(xié)作行為的有效性及能率最后到協(xié)作系統(tǒng)的有效性及能率這一邏輯主線,將巴納德散落在其著作和文章中的關于協(xié)作系統(tǒng)的思想進行總結和梳理,并在此基礎對其協(xié)作系統(tǒng)思想進行深入地分析和研究,以期使協(xié)作系統(tǒng)思想具有邏輯性和系統(tǒng)性。同時立足于我國現(xiàn)階段的行政管理改革和政府管理創(chuàng)新,充分挖掘巴納德協(xié)作系統(tǒng)思想對我國行政管理實踐的啟示和借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:Chester Barnard (1886-1961) was the founder of the social system school in the western modern management theory and was praised as the father of the modern management theory. In view of a series of basic problems in management and organization theory, Barnard put forward a completely different view from traditional management and organization theory. He sees the organization as a complex system of social collaboration and believes that a sociological perspective should be incorporated in the analysis and research of management issues. In his opinion, the reason why the organization can not last for long is that it does not meet the necessary conditions for the survival of the organization: the efficiency and the rate of energy. If the organization can satisfy the motivation of the participants and maintain its effectiveness, then the collaboration in the organization will continue and the organization will continue to run. Barnard's two principles of "effectiveness" and "energy ratio" combine the requirements of formal organization with the needs of individuals, which is a great breakthrough and innovation in management thought. This paper is divided into four parts and studies and analyzes Barnard's cooperative system idea. The first part is the introduction, which mainly introduces the basis and significance of the topic, the research trends at home and abroad as well as the basic ideas and methods of the research. The second part mainly analyzes the theoretical background of the thought of cooperative system. Through the analysis of the value of the scientific management theory and the interpersonal relationship theory, the rationality of the cooperative system thought is obtained, and the inevitability of the cooperative system thought is obtained through the research of the scientific management theory and the interpersonal relationship theory defect. The third part systematically introduces the main contents of the cooperative system thought, defines the related concepts of the cooperative system thought, and analyzes the effectiveness and energy rate of the individual behavior. The concepts of the validity and energy rate of cooperative behavior and the efficiency and energy rate of cooperative system are expounded, and the inherent logical relations between them are also combed out. The fourth part is the transcendence of the former thoughts from the view of cooperative system. It is the response to the management theory and practice and the influence on modern management theory and practice, and the comprehensive evaluation of Barnard's cooperation system theory, and the combination of the cooperative system theory with the administrative management of our country at the same time. Three enlightenments are obtained: people-oriented, construction of public service-oriented government, combination of "efficiency" and "ability rate", and strengthening "communication" and "cooperation". This paper attempts to follow the logical thread from the effectiveness and energy rate of individual behavior to the effectiveness and energy rate of cooperative behavior and finally to the effectiveness and energy rate of cooperative system. This paper summarizes and combs Barnard's thoughts on collaboration system which are scattered in his works and articles, and makes a thorough analysis and research on his cooperative system thought on this basis, in order to make the cooperative system thought logical and systematic. At the same time, based on the current administrative reform and government management innovation in our country, we fully tap the inspiration and reference significance of Barnard's cooperative system to our administrative management practice.
