【摘要】：政治建構(gòu)主義是羅爾斯在后期所使用的方法,主要是為了解決早期所不能解決的公共證成的難題。他的建構(gòu)模式基本來(lái)源于康德,其最大優(yōu)勢(shì)在于可以實(shí)現(xiàn)學(xué)說的自主和獲得客觀性。和康德不同的是,羅爾斯選取的建筑基石是實(shí)踐理性的原則,而非實(shí)踐理性,另外,他的建構(gòu)目標(biāo)是一個(gè)自由站立的、扮演公共角色的政治正義觀念;建構(gòu)過程的完成標(biāo)準(zhǔn)是獲得反思平衡。羅爾斯的政治建構(gòu)模型可以解決異議和分歧,具有契約論特色,為多元社會(huì)中一種學(xué)說的自主提供了一個(gè)很好的范例。
[Abstract]:Political constructivism is the method that Rawls used in the later period, mainly to solve the difficult problem of public proof which could not be solved in the early stage. His construction mode basically comes from Kant, and its greatest advantage lies in the independence and objectivity of the theory. Different from Kant, Rawls chose the principle of practical rationality, not practical reason. In addition, the goal of his construction is a political justice concept, which is free to stand up and play a public role. The standard of completion of the construction process is to achieve a balance of reflection. Rawls' political construction model, which can solve dissent and disagreement, has the characteristics of contract theory and provides a good example for the autonomy of a theory in a pluralistic society.
