【摘要】：如何認(rèn)識、評價和對待領(lǐng)袖、尤其是無產(chǎn)階級領(lǐng)袖及其歷史作用,不僅是馬克思列寧主義、毛澤東思想中的一個重要的理論問題,也是關(guān)系到社會主義事業(yè)的成敗、關(guān)系到黨和國家的命運和前途的一個重要的實踐問題。 本文共分三個部分：第一部分是領(lǐng)袖理論的哲學(xué)基礎(chǔ),涉及到歷史的必然性和偶然性、歷史中的一般和個別；第二部分是無產(chǎn)階級領(lǐng)袖及其歷史作用：包括群眾、階級、政黨、領(lǐng)袖的相互關(guān)系,領(lǐng)袖的本質(zhì)和作用,以及馬克思主義關(guān)于無產(chǎn)階級領(lǐng)袖的基本理論；第三部分是個人崇拜與反權(quán)威主義,通過對中蘇兩國在認(rèn)識和對待無產(chǎn)階級領(lǐng)袖上所犯的錯誤進(jìn)行比較,總結(jié)經(jīng)驗教訓(xùn),得出了個人崇拜和反權(quán)威主義的本質(zhì)和危害,從而使我們能夠更加正確、科學(xué)的認(rèn)識無產(chǎn)階級領(lǐng)袖。
[Abstract]:How to recognize, evaluate and treat leaders, especially proletarian leaders and their historical role, is not only an important theoretical issue in Marxism-Leninism and Mao Zedong, but also relates to the success or failure of the socialist cause. Related to the fate and future of the Party and the country an important practical issue. This paper is divided into three parts: the first part is the philosophical basis of the leader's theory, which involves the inevitability and contingency of history, the general and individual aspects of history, and the second part is the leader of the proletariat and its historical role: including the masses, classes, political parties, The relationship between leaders, the nature and role of leaders, and the basic Marxist theory of proletarian leaders; the third part is the personality cult and anti-authoritarianism. By comparing the mistakes made by China and the Soviet Union in recognizing and treating proletarian leaders, and summing up experience and lessons, the essence and harm of individualism and anti-authoritarianism have been drawn, thus enabling us to be more correct. Scientific understanding of proletarian leaders.
