【摘要】：單純用民主與專制范式研究中西方政治制度,已經(jīng)很難打破僵局,評價中西政治制度優(yōu)越與否要引入新的研究范式。中西方政治制度的本質區(qū)別是,中國采用的是中央集權體制,而西方發(fā)達國家采用的是地方分權體制。相對于地方分權體制而言,中國的中央集權體制具有多重制度優(yōu)勢。家天下的皇權制度降低了傳統(tǒng)中央集權體制的功效,而中國共產(chǎn)黨領導新民主主義革命勝利后,傳統(tǒng)的中央集權體制轉變?yōu)楝F(xiàn)代中央集權體制。當前要進一步加強黨的領導和黨的建設,為現(xiàn)代中央集權體制帶來勃勃生機。
[Abstract]:It is difficult to break the deadlock by using democracy and autocratic paradigm to study the political system of China and the West. It is necessary to introduce a new research paradigm to evaluate the superiority of the political system between China and the West. The essential difference between Chinese and western political systems is that China adopts centralized power system, while western developed countries adopt decentralized system. Compared with the decentralized system, China's centralized system has multiple institutional advantages. After the victory of the new democratic revolution led by the Communist Party of China, the traditional centralized system changed into the modern centralized system. At present, it is necessary to further strengthen party leadership and party building to bring vitality to the modern centralization system.
