【摘要】：切斯特·巴納德是西方現(xiàn)代管理理論中社會系統(tǒng)學(xué)派的創(chuàng)始人,其深入研究了經(jīng)理人員的權(quán)威問題,提出了全新的"權(quán)威"概念。黨的十八大明確提出加快轉(zhuǎn)變政府職能、深化行政體制改革的重大決策,重新回顧和深入思考巴納德的權(quán)威理論,對當(dāng)今我國政府職能轉(zhuǎn)變、建設(shè)服務(wù)型政府具有較強(qiáng)的現(xiàn)實(shí)性、針對性和指導(dǎo)性。
[Abstract]:Chester Barnard is the founder of the social system school in modern western management theory. He deeply studied the authority of the managers and put forward a new concept of "authority". The eighteen Party of the party put forward a major decision to speed up the transformation of government functions, deepen the reform of the administrative system, and reconsider and deeply think about the authority of Barnard. Theory has a strong reality, pertinence and guidance for the transformation of government functions and the construction of service-oriented government.
