【摘要】：效率與公平是現(xiàn)代政黨執(zhí)政所追求的兩大目標(biāo)。但是,在現(xiàn)實政治中,又是一對難解的矛盾。政黨執(zhí)政的歷史反復(fù)說明,效率與公平的天平一旦傾斜,無論向左還是向右,社會都會出現(xiàn)問題。因此,如何在效率與公平之間尋求平衡,成為現(xiàn)代政黨執(zhí)政必須面對的課題。一些政黨執(zhí)政過程中的得與失,成與敗,能夠帶給我們一些有益的啟示。
[Abstract]:Efficiency and fairness are the two goals pursued by the modern political party in power. However, in real politics, there is also a pair of difficult contradictions. The history of the ruling party has repeatedly shown that once the balance of efficiency and fairness is tilted, whether left or right, there will be problems in society. Therefore, how to strike a balance between efficiency and fairness has become a subject that modern political parties must face. The gains and losses, successes and failures of some political parties can bring us some beneficial enlightenment.
