【摘要】： “新帝國主義論”在當今時代的流行并不令我們驚訝,隨著冷戰(zhàn)的結束和全球格局的變化,特別是美國超級大國地位的確立,“新帝國主義”的論調又開始有所抬頭,尤其是到了21世紀,恐怖主義等非傳統(tǒng)安全領域的威脅極大膨脹,正好給西方資本主義大國通過軍事、經濟等手段推行其全球霸權和領導地位以借口,于是它們利用強大的軍事優(yōu)勢和經濟實力對一些民族國家進行軍事打擊或者經濟掠奪。我們透過這些表面的掩飾,可以看出西方資本主義國家壟斷、侵略全球的真實目的,它們在不斷地變換手段、改進手法,仍然是資本擴張本性的體現(xiàn),仍然是在尋求資本獲益的市場。 本文首先在引言部分提出了“新帝國主義”的問題,討論了國內外對“新帝國主義”的研究階段、研究成果和自己對“新帝國主義”問題的關注,因此筆者選題的意義和寫作目的就在于,在以前眾多學者、專家對該問題分析的基礎上提出了自己對于“新帝國主義”的認識和理解。接下來的第一部分對“新帝國主義”的概念進行了界定、對其起源做了簡要的分析,然后第二部分提出了“新帝國主義”的三個主要特征:政治軍事帝國主義、經濟帝國主義和文化價值帝國主義,第三部分則是在回顧古典帝國主義和當代資本主義發(fā)展的基礎上,對“新帝國主義”在政治軍事上的壓制、經濟上的掠奪和文化價值上的推廣等做出進一步的分析,揭示出“新帝國主義”的抬頭正是國家壟斷向跨國壟斷演變中資本擴張本性的產物,為之保駕護航是霸權、戰(zhàn)爭、超級大國控制下的國際組織以及西方式文化價值觀。“新帝國主義”眼前拋掉的是殖民統(tǒng)治和直接占領,中間改進的是剝削的手段,背后不變的是累計資本;而資本與理性、科技的聯(lián)姻正是“新帝國主義”的內在驅動力。
[Abstract]:We are not surprised by the popularity of "neo-imperialism" in the present era. With the end of the cold war and the changes in the global structure, especially the establishment of the status of the United States as a superpower, the argument of "neo-imperialism" has begun to rise again. In particular, in the 21st century, the threat of terrorism and other non-traditional security areas has greatly expanded, giving the Western capitalist powers an excuse to pursue their global hegemony and leadership through military and economic means. So they use their strong military superiority and economic strength to some nation-state military strike or economic plunder. Through these superficial disguises, we can see that the real purpose of Western capitalist countries to monopolize and invade the world is that they are constantly changing their means and improving their techniques, which are still the embodiment of the nature of capital expansion. It is still a market seeking capital gains. This paper first puts forward the question of "neo-imperialism" in the introduction part, discusses the stage of research on "neo-imperialism" at home and abroad, the research results and their own attention to the problem of "neo-imperialism". Therefore, the significance and writing purpose of the author's topic is to put forward his own understanding of "neo-imperialism" on the basis of the analysis of the problem by many scholars and experts. The following part defines the concept of "neo-imperialism" and makes a brief analysis of its origin. Then, in the second part, it puts forward three main characteristics of "neo-imperialism": political and military imperialism. Economic imperialism and cultural value imperialism, in the third part, on the basis of reviewing the development of classical imperialism and contemporary capitalism, suppress "neo-imperialism" politically and militarily. Through further analysis of economic plunder and promotion of cultural values, it is revealed that the rise of "neo-imperialism" is the product of capital expansion in the evolution of state monopoly to transnational monopoly, it is hegemony and war to protect it. International organizations controlled by superpowers and Western cultural values. What "neo-imperialism" is throwing away at present is colonial rule and direct occupation, and what is improved in the middle is the means of exploitation, while the accumulation of capital remains unchanged behind it, and the marriage of capital, rationality, and science and technology is the internal driving force of "neo-imperialism."
