【摘要】：正權(quán)力無疑是政治學(xué)最為核心的范疇,它意味著支配、控制和決定的能力。在權(quán)力、利益和資源的三維關(guān)系中,權(quán)力居于中心地位,利益是權(quán)力的目的,資源是權(quán)力的條件和目標(biāo)。推及至民族政治學(xué)科,民族權(quán)力是獲取和維護民族利益的保障,是擁有和支配各種資源的前提。因而,民族權(quán)力是民族政治哲學(xué)探討的焦點,民族權(quán)力的角逐和
