【摘要】：公意論可謂李大釗的政治哲學(xué)。他的公意論主要是通過綜合西方共同體主義和自由主義這兩大思想傳統(tǒng)而形成的,主要包含兩個(gè)方面的思想:一方面,公意是民主政治的思想基石;另一方面,全體國民的"自由認(rèn)可"是"公意"的形成機(jī)制。這兩個(gè)方面在他的公意論中是有機(jī)地結(jié)合在一起的。他這種充分重視個(gè)體自由的"公意"論,富含協(xié)商民主意蘊(yùn),在當(dāng)代具有啟示意義。
[Abstract]:The theory of public will can be described as Li Dazhao's political philosophy. His theory of public will was formed mainly by integrating the two ideological traditions of western communitarianism and liberalism. It mainly includes two aspects of thought: on the one hand, the common will is the ideological cornerstone of democratic politics; on the other hand, The free approval of all citizens is the forming mechanism of public will. These two aspects are organically combined in his theory of public will. His theory of "public will", which attaches great importance to individual freedom, is rich in the meaning of deliberative democracy and has enlightening significance in contemporary times.
