【摘要】：由于轉(zhuǎn)軌時(shí)期制度環(huán)境建設(shè)相對(duì)落后,我國(guó)企業(yè)普遍存在政治關(guān)聯(lián)現(xiàn)象。政治關(guān)聯(lián)如何影響企業(yè)績(jī)效也成為企業(yè)成長(zhǎng)理論新的研究熱點(diǎn)�；谫Y源基礎(chǔ)觀和戰(zhàn)略的制度理論，企業(yè)的績(jī)效不僅取決于內(nèi)部決策，同時(shí)受外部資金、環(huán)境的影響，企業(yè)的政治關(guān)聯(lián)可以作為一種積極的替代性保護(hù)機(jī)制應(yīng)對(duì)市場(chǎng)失靈和法律管制失效等，是企業(yè)績(jī)效的重要影響因素。一些研究指出企業(yè)與政府建立關(guān)聯(lián)，可以有效地改善經(jīng)營(yíng)環(huán)境，顯著地提高了企業(yè)績(jī)效；然而一些研究卻發(fā)現(xiàn)政治關(guān)聯(lián)的存在，發(fā)揮了“掠奪之手”的作用，降低了公司績(jī)效。到目前為止，研究政治關(guān)聯(lián)對(duì)企業(yè)績(jī)效影響還比較少，而且還沒(méi)有得出一致的結(jié)論�？梢�(jiàn)，政治關(guān)聯(lián)的建立對(duì)于企業(yè)績(jī)效的提升究竟是一種積極作用，還是一種消極因素，還需要進(jìn)一步檢驗(yàn)。 本文通過(guò)篩選和構(gòu)建合適的描述模型，建立衡量企業(yè)政治關(guān)聯(lián)與企業(yè)績(jī)效之間關(guān)系的定量研究方法，，并以此確定企業(yè)政治關(guān)聯(lián)對(duì)企業(yè)績(jī)效的影響。首先根據(jù)已有文獻(xiàn)對(duì)政治關(guān)聯(lián)背景的判定為研究基礎(chǔ)，提出了有關(guān)企業(yè)政治關(guān)聯(lián)對(duì)企業(yè)績(jī)效兩個(gè)維度：財(cái)務(wù)績(jī)效和創(chuàng)新績(jī)效的影響以及領(lǐng)導(dǎo)風(fēng)格作為企業(yè)關(guān)鍵人物的一個(gè)特征，對(duì)企業(yè)政治關(guān)聯(lián)與企業(yè)績(jī)效間產(chǎn)生調(diào)節(jié)作用的六個(gè)假設(shè)，目的是探究企業(yè)政治關(guān)聯(lián)對(duì)企業(yè)績(jī)效的影響情況。 在總結(jié)以往有關(guān)工作績(jī)效及其影響因素研究的基礎(chǔ)上，通過(guò)文獻(xiàn)分析、開(kāi)放式調(diào)查和問(wèn)卷調(diào)查等方法，構(gòu)建包含以企業(yè)政治關(guān)聯(lián)為自變量、領(lǐng)導(dǎo)風(fēng)格為調(diào)節(jié)變量、企業(yè)績(jī)效為因變量的基本研究框架，提出相應(yīng)的研究假設(shè)以及本研究的總體研究設(shè)計(jì)。在此基礎(chǔ)上編制問(wèn)卷并進(jìn)行實(shí)證研究。最后通過(guò)對(duì)回收數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行描述性分析、相關(guān)分析和回歸分析，從中觀察企業(yè)政治關(guān)聯(lián)對(duì)企業(yè)績(jī)效的變化情況，得出如下結(jié)果：（1）企業(yè)政治關(guān)聯(lián)正向影響企業(yè)績(jī)效；（2）魅力型領(lǐng)導(dǎo)在企業(yè)政治關(guān)聯(lián)和企業(yè)績(jī)效兩個(gè)維度：財(cái)務(wù)績(jī)效和創(chuàng)新績(jī)效之間起著正向調(diào)節(jié)作用，即魅力型領(lǐng)導(dǎo)越強(qiáng)，企業(yè)政治關(guān)聯(lián)對(duì)企業(yè)績(jī)效的影響程度越高；（3）放任型領(lǐng)導(dǎo)風(fēng)格在企業(yè)政治關(guān)聯(lián)和企業(yè)績(jī)效兩個(gè)維度：財(cái)務(wù)績(jī)效和創(chuàng)新績(jī)效間均不產(chǎn)生調(diào)節(jié)作用。
[Abstract]:Due to the relative backwardness of the institutional environment during the transition period, the phenomenon of political connection exists in Chinese enterprises. How political association affects firm performance has become a new research hotspot in firm growth theory. Based on the system theory of resource-based view and strategy, the enterprise's performance depends not only on the internal decision, but also on the external capital and environment. As a positive alternative protection mechanism, the political connection of enterprises can deal with the market failure and the failure of legal regulation, which is an important influencing factor of enterprise performance. Some studies have pointed out that establishing a relationship between the enterprise and the government can effectively improve the operating environment and significantly improve the performance of the firm. However, some studies have found that the existence of the political connection has played the role of "hand of plunder" and reduced the performance of the company. So far, the influence of political association on corporate performance is relatively small, and has not reached a consistent conclusion. It can be seen that whether the establishment of political connection is a positive effect or a negative factor for the improvement of enterprise performance needs to be further tested. This paper establishes a quantitative research method to measure the relationship between corporate political association and enterprise performance through screening and constructing appropriate description model, and then determines the influence of corporate political association on enterprise performance. First of all, according to the existing literature on the background of political association as the research basis, this paper puts forward two dimensions of corporate political association: financial performance and innovation performance, and leadership style as a key character of the enterprise. There are six hypotheses on the regulatory effect between corporate political association and enterprise performance, the purpose of which is to explore the influence of corporate political association on enterprise performance. On the basis of summarizing the previous researches on job performance and its influencing factors, through the methods of literature analysis, open investigation and questionnaire survey, this paper constructs a system that takes corporate political association as independent variable and leadership style as adjustment variable. The basic research framework of firm performance as dependent variable, the corresponding research hypothesis and the overall research design of this study are put forward. On the basis of this, the questionnaire is compiled and the empirical research is carried out. Finally, through the descriptive analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis of the recovery data, we observe the change of corporate political connection to enterprise performance. The results are as follows: 1) the corporate political relationship positively affects enterprise performance. (2) the charismatic leadership plays a positive role in the two dimensions of corporate political association and enterprise performance: financial performance and innovation performance, that is, the stronger the charismatic leadership is, The higher the influence of corporate political association on enterprise performance, the more laissez-faire leadership style has no effect on the two dimensions of corporate political association and enterprise performance: financial performance and innovation performance.
