【摘要】： 科學(xué)技術(shù)在現(xiàn)代社會中已具有越來越重要的作用,科學(xué)技術(shù)通過促進社會經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展,對社會政治領(lǐng)域也產(chǎn)生重要影響。政治文化是一種政治取向模式,是一種專門化的政治導(dǎo)向,它與科技發(fā)展是相互作用的。一方面,作為上層建筑的政治文化制約著科技發(fā)展,良好的政治文化可以引導(dǎo)科技的發(fā)展方向,加速科技發(fā)展的進程;另一方面,科學(xué)技術(shù)的發(fā)展又間接地影響政治文化的進步,科技的發(fā)展可通過促進社會政治制度和管理方式的改進與完善等方面來推動政治文化的進步。在社會運行中我們應(yīng)努力促使二者協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展,使之共同促進社會主義和諧社會的構(gòu)建。本文試圖通過對政治文化、科學(xué)技術(shù)二者關(guān)系的解讀來探討二者交互作用的機理,尋求二者和諧共處、相互促進之途徑。
[Abstract]:Science and technology have played a more and more important role in modern society. By promoting the development of social economy, science and technology also have an important impact on the field of social politics. Political culture is a mode of political orientation and a specialized political orientation, which interacts with the development of science and technology. On the one hand, political culture as a superstructure restricts the development of science and technology, and a good political culture can guide the development direction of science and technology and accelerate the development of science and technology; on the other hand, The development of science and technology indirectly affects the progress of political culture. The development of science and technology can promote the progress of political culture by promoting the improvement and perfection of social political system and management mode. In the course of social operation, we should make great efforts to promote the harmonious development of the two in order to promote the construction of a harmonious socialist society. This paper attempts to explore the mechanism of the interaction between political culture and science and technology through the interpretation of the relationship between them and to seek a way for them to coexist harmoniously and promote each other.
