【摘要】：在西方政治思想發(fā)展史上，社會契約論占據(jù)著重要地位。通常認為，社會契約論是一種有關國家和社會起源的政治學說，它可以用以解釋社會和國家的起源的原因，闡釋政治合法權力的基礎是什么。在近代西方，霍布斯、洛克、盧梭都相繼構建了自己的社會契約理論，而盧梭作為社會契約論的集大成者，其思想所引發(fā)爭論也是最多的。 盧梭的思想已引起學者們的激烈論爭，有關盧梭政治思想的著作可謂汗牛充棟，可是著重研究其理論邏輯起點、研究其理論所根本體現(xiàn)的價值訴求的著作卻較少。有鑒于此，本文主要以盧梭社會契約論的邏輯起點作為一個研究切入口，探尋盧梭社會契約論所體現(xiàn)的價值訴求和政治追求。 本文主要通過對盧梭《社會契約論》、《論人與人之間不平等的起源和基礎》等經(jīng)典文本進行解讀，從而探尋其社會契約論思想的邏輯起點，并對其進行理論探討和價值研究，總結出盧梭社會契約論邏輯起點的理論價值和后世影響。 文章分為以下幾個部分：第一部分為緒論，敘述研究的意義、研究思路以及研究方法；第二部分，概括歸納出盧梭社會契約論的邏輯架構；第三部分通過對盧梭社會契約論邏輯起點的三個維度（自然狀態(tài)、自然權利觀以及人性論基礎）的理論考察，分析盧梭建構社會契約論的價值訴求；第四部分為結語，，總結盧梭社會契約論邏輯起點的理論價值，及其對后世的影響。
[Abstract]:In the history of western political thought, social contract theory occupies an important position. Generally speaking, the theory of social contract is a kind of political theory about the origin of the state and society. It can be used to explain the origin of the society and the state, and to explain the basis of the legitimate political power. In modern western countries, Hobbes, Locke and Rousseau have constructed their own social contract theory one after another, and Rousseau, as the epitome of social contract theory, has caused the most controversy. Rousseau's thought has aroused fierce debate among scholars. The works on Rousseau's political thought can be described as overflowing, but there are few works focusing on the starting point of his theoretical logic and studying the fundamental value demands embodied in his theory. In view of this, this paper mainly takes the logical starting point of Rousseau's theory of social contract as a research entry point to explore the value demand and political pursuit embodied in Rousseau's theory of social contract. In this paper, Rousseau's theory of social contract and the origin and foundation of inequality between people are mainly interpreted, so as to explore the logical starting point of Rousseau's theory of social contract, and to study its theory and value. The theoretical value of Rousseau's logical starting point of social contract theory and its influence on later generations are summarized. The article is divided into the following parts: the first part is the introduction, describing the significance of the study, research ideas and research methods, the second part, summarized the logical structure of Rousseau's social contract theory; The third part analyzes Rousseau's value demands of constructing social contract theory through the theoretical investigation of three dimensions of Rousseau's social contract logic starting point (natural state, view of natural rights and the basis of human nature theory); the fourth part is the conclusion. This paper summarizes the theoretical value of Rousseau's logical starting point of social contract and its influence on later generations.
