【摘要】：薩米爾·阿明的資本主義批判一直富有濃厚的依附理論色彩,在"中心"與"外圍"的概念層面中,基于對(duì)帝國(guó)主義和第三世界在經(jīng)濟(jì)體系中的關(guān)系,依次展開(kāi)諸如全球化、民主等范疇在現(xiàn)實(shí)的全球政治問(wèn)題中的問(wèn)題域。然而,隨著當(dāng)前第三世界人民運(yùn)動(dòng)的激進(jìn)化,隨之而來(lái)的是更加極端的帝國(guó)主義軍事鎮(zhèn)壓:沖突撕裂著舊的秩序,在薩米爾·阿明看來(lái),資本主義已然日薄西山。而這恰恰更深重的資本主義治理的結(jié)果,作為全球化的細(xì)胞的消費(fèi)邏輯所制造的不僅是經(jīng)濟(jì)的貧困,更是直指人性的政治生活的貧困。理論在曲張的現(xiàn)實(shí)面前從宏觀轉(zhuǎn)向微觀,阿明呼喚已然"逝去多年"的歷史的主體。
[Abstract]:Samir Amin's critique of capitalism has always been heavily dependent on theory. In the conceptual level of "center" and "periphery", the relationship between imperialism and the third world in the economic system is followed by globalization. Democracy and other categories in the real world of political problems in the problem area. However, with the current radicalization of the third World people's movement, more extreme imperialist military repression ensued: conflict tore apart the old order and, in Samir Amin's view, capitalism was on the wane. And this is precisely the result of deeper capitalist governance, which, as a cell of globalization, creates not only economic poverty, but also poverty in the political life of humanity. The theory turns from macro to micro in front of the reality of twists and turns, and Amin calls for the main body of history which has passed away for many years.
