【摘要】：本文試圖通過制度與儒家之間的關(guān)聯(lián),來思考中國(guó)傳統(tǒng)政治制度以及儒家的特征。錢穆先生關(guān)于這個(gè)主題的探討為我們提供了合適的切入視角,他在制度與人事之間更為注重人事,突出強(qiáng)調(diào)士人對(duì)皇權(quán)的制約作用,但是未能充分地強(qiáng)調(diào)制度對(duì)人事的制約層面。而漢學(xué)家列文森則將儒家官僚制與君主制作為"理想型",從而對(duì)中國(guó)的政治制度與儒家之間的關(guān)聯(lián)進(jìn)行了思想史上的梳理,這種思路受到了馬克斯·韋伯的官僚制分析的影響。列文森是以儒家的現(xiàn)代命運(yùn)作為基本問題意識(shí),將傳統(tǒng)中國(guó)向現(xiàn)代的轉(zhuǎn)型作為研究的重點(diǎn),從而過于強(qiáng)調(diào)自宋至晚清這一階段的思想史,忽略了秦漢以來的經(jīng)學(xué)傳統(tǒng)。在這一方面,陳寅恪從儒學(xué)內(nèi)部對(duì)中國(guó)政治傳統(tǒng)與經(jīng)學(xué)關(guān)系的論述則為我們提供了一個(gè)可以嘗試的思路,沿著這個(gè)思路我們可以理解干春松教授在《制度化儒家及其解體》一書中所做出的理論上的努力。《制度化儒家及其解體》以權(quán)力—真理的關(guān)系為樞紐,對(duì)自先秦至晚清儒家制度化以及制度儒家化的過程進(jìn)行了內(nèi)在融貫的闡述,為我們把握儒家與制度的關(guān)系提供了相對(duì)整全的視角,同時(shí)本書將儒家在現(xiàn)代面臨的困境揭示了出來,從而使得本書兼具思想與學(xué)術(shù)的雙重內(nèi)涵。
[Abstract]:This article tries to think about the traditional Chinese political system and the characteristics of Confucianism through the association between the system and the Confucianism. Mr. Qian Muwei's discussion on this topic provides us with a suitable angle of view. He pays more attention to the personnel between the system and the personnel, emphasizes the restraining effect of the scholars on the imperial power, but not fully emphasized. Levinson, the sinologist, regarded the Confucian bureaucracy and the monarchy as "ideal type", thus combing the relationship between the Chinese political system and the Confucianism, which was influenced by the analysis of Max Webb's bureaucracy. Levinson was based on the modern destiny of Confucianism as the basis. In this question, the transition from traditional China to the modern is the focus of the study, so as to overemphasize the ideological history of the period from the song to the late Qing Dynasty and to ignore the Confucian classics since the Qin and Han Dynasties. In this respect, Chen Yinque provided us with an attempt to discuss the relationship between Chinese political tradition and Confucian classics from the interior of Confucianism. In this way, we can understand the theoretical efforts made by Professor dry Chun song in "institutionalized Confucianism and its disintegration". "Institutionalized Confucianism and its disintegration" are the key to the relationship between power and truth, and the internal integration of the institutionalization of Confucianism from the pre Qin to the late Qing Dynasty and the Confucianism of the system. The relationship between Confucianism and system provides a relatively complete perspective, and this book reveals the dilemma faced by Confucianism in modern times, thus making the book concurrently both ideological and academic.
