【摘要】：在第三波民主化中,資本主義被作為民主的推動因素和前提條件嵌入到各種民主理論之中,民主化被看作是市場化、私有化和自由化的三化運動向全世界推廣。在這一過程中,民主內含的平等訴求被壓到最低程度,從而使第三波民主化呈現(xiàn)出民主去社會主義化的核心特征,造成了民主與大眾利益的分離。與第三波民主化不同,第一波民主化進程無論是民主運動的推動者、民主內含的價值傾向和民主化的結果都表現(xiàn)出了遏制資本主義的特征。在第一波民主化進程中,民主運動與社會主義運動交織,民主化改變了資本和勞工之間的力量對比,致使資本主義不斷在社會主義的威懾下進行著內部改良,民主得以從政治領域突破到社會領域和經(jīng)濟領域,進而對財富再分配產生影響,改變了發(fā)達國家大多數(shù)人的生存狀態(tài)。資本強勢和貧富分化是當今時代的核心特征,民主若想在新的歷史時期成為推動社會進步的有效力量,重申民主與社會主義的相關性具有重大意義。
[Abstract]:In the third wave of democratization, capitalism is embedded in various democratic theories as the driving factor and precondition of democracy. Democratization is regarded as marketization, and the three movements of privatization and liberalization are popularized all over the world. In this process, the equality demands contained in democracy are reduced to the lowest degree, thus making the third wave of democratization show the core characteristics of dematerialization of democracy, resulting in the separation of democracy from the interests of the masses. Different from the third wave of democratization, the process of the first wave of democratization, whether the promoter of the democratic movement, the value tendency of democracy and the result of democratization, all show the characteristics of containing capitalism. In the first wave of democratization, the democratic movement intertwined with the socialist movement, and democratization changed the balance of power between capital and labour, resulting in the constant internal improvement of capitalism under the deterrent of socialism. Democracy has been able to break through from the political field to the social and economic fields, thus affecting the redistribution of wealth and changing the living conditions of most people in developed countries. Capital strength and polarization between the rich and the poor are the core characteristics of the present era. If democracy wants to become an effective force to promote social progress in the new historical period, it is of great significance to reaffirm the correlation between democracy and socialism.
