【摘要】：激進式政治發(fā)展模式存在巨大的政治風險,后發(fā)國家應選擇政治可持續(xù)發(fā)展模式,以推動政治體系在促進經濟、社會、文化、生態(tài)持續(xù)發(fā)展以及人的自由全面發(fā)展的基礎上,和平、有序地演進與更新。協(xié)商民主是實現政治可持續(xù)發(fā)展的優(yōu)選路徑。后發(fā)國家建立包容性協(xié)商機制,能夠在不破壞現有政治秩序的情況下,增強政治體制的合法性,優(yōu)化政府的判斷和決策,提高政治家和公民的素質,和平化解政治沖突,逐步實現國家權力運行的民主化、法治化和生態(tài)化。
[Abstract]:There are enormous political risks in the radical political development model. The developing countries should choose the political sustainable development model to promote the political system on the basis of promoting the economic, social, cultural, ecological sustainable development and the free and all-round development of human beings. Peace, orderly evolution and renewal. Deliberative democracy is the best way to realize the sustainable development of politics. The establishment of inclusive consultation mechanisms in latecomers can enhance the legitimacy of the political system, optimize the judgment and decision-making of the Government, improve the quality of politicians and citizens, and peacefully resolve political conflicts without undermining the existing political order. Gradually realize the democratization of the operation of state power, the rule of law and ecological.
