【摘要】：本論文旨在對亞里士多德的正義思想進(jìn)行探究。亞里士多德的正義思想豐富而深厚,于是我選擇了亞里士多德正義思想中的政治正義、法治正義、倫理正義三個方面來作為我論文的主線,從分析三者的思想內(nèi)容中得到價值啟迪。 整篇論文圍繞亞里士多德的正義思想,分析政治正義、法治正義、倫理正義的內(nèi)容。通過對正義思想這三個方面的解析來尋求亞里士多德正義思想對當(dāng)今世界特別是我國的影響,對我國構(gòu)建正義、和諧社會具有很強(qiáng)的借鑒作用和啟迪效果,尤其是對我國的民主法治建設(shè)具有特別性的指導(dǎo)意義。我具體從以下三個方面進(jìn)行了闡述:第一是亞里士多德正義思想的淵源及正義概念的闡釋。對亞里士多德與柏拉圖的正義思想進(jìn)行比較,尋找出他們之間在正義思想上的淵源。第二是亞里士多德關(guān)于正義的理論內(nèi)容:政治正義是核心,政治秩序以正義原則為基礎(chǔ),采取中庸的治國策略,法治是正義的制度性保障;亞里士多德倫理學(xué)中的正義即公正,這是從倫理學(xué)的角度分析亞里士多德關(guān)于人與人之間的公正,即德性的論述,探討出人在倫理學(xué)中的正義,以及在具體公正中如何實(shí)現(xiàn)公平、正義,即正義的實(shí)現(xiàn)形式。第三是亞里士多德的正義思想的啟示。學(xué)者們都認(rèn)識到亞里士多德的正義思想對社會秩序、社會正義實(shí)現(xiàn)的重要的理論指導(dǎo)意義和實(shí)踐價值,對于解決社會存在的不正義現(xiàn)象和問題具有現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 亞里士多德的正義思想不斷促使人們追求正義,力求達(dá)到社會的至善,實(shí)現(xiàn)人類的最終的幸福。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this thesis is to probe into Aristotle's thought of justice. Aristotle's thought of justice is rich and profound, so I choose the political justice, rule of law justice and ethical justice in Aristotle's justice thought as the main line of my thesis. From the analysis of the three ideological content of the value of enlightenment. The whole thesis focuses on Aristotle's thought of justice and analyzes the contents of political justice, rule of law justice and ethical justice. Through the analysis of the three aspects of the thought of justice, we seek the influence of Aristotle's thought of justice on the world today, especially our country, and have a strong reference and enlightening effect to the construction of justice and harmonious society in our country. Especially, it has special guiding significance to the construction of democracy and rule of law in our country. The first is the origin of Aristotle's thought of justice and the explanation of the concept of justice. This paper compares Aristotle's and Plato's just thought and finds out their origin in justice thought. The second is Aristotle's theory on justice: political justice is the core, political order is based on the principle of justice, the rule of law is the institutional guarantee of justice, and justice is justice in Aristotle's ethics. This paper analyzes Aristotle's exposition on the justice between people, that is, virtue, from the angle of ethics, and probes into the justice of man in ethics, and how to realize justice, that is, the form of realization of justice in concrete justice. The third is the enlightenment of Aristotle's thought of justice. Scholars have realized that Aristotle's thought of justice is of great theoretical significance and practical value to the social order and the realization of social justice, and has practical significance to solve the social injustice phenomenon and problem. Aristotle's thought of justice constantly urges people to pursue justice, to achieve the best of society and to realize the ultimate happiness of mankind.
