自由的應(yīng)然圖景:馬克思與羅爾斯關(guān)于理想社會(huì)的不同構(gòu)想

【摘要】:羅爾斯與馬克思在各自理論體系中都包含了對(duì)理想社會(huì)的描繪和憧憬,并且都將自由的實(shí)現(xiàn)視為其中最關(guān)鍵的要素。羅爾斯從人的社會(huì)性出發(fā),強(qiáng)調(diào)以正義原則來規(guī)范社會(huì)合作和實(shí)現(xiàn)社會(huì)穩(wěn)定,從而建構(gòu)起以維護(hù)個(gè)人自由權(quán)利為主要目標(biāo)的理想社會(huì);馬克思同樣立足于人的社會(huì)屬性,但強(qiáng)調(diào)深入到生成和塑造社會(huì)性的物質(zhì)基礎(chǔ)去把握人的自由問題,從而勾畫出每個(gè)人及一切人全面自由發(fā)展的未來藍(lán)圖。兩者在理想社會(huì)的實(shí)現(xiàn)模式、途徑和目標(biāo)上存在著較大的差異,這正是基于他們不同的理論立場和思維方式。
[Abstract]:Rawls and Marx both included the description and vision of the ideal society in their respective theoretical systems, and regarded the realization of freedom as the most critical element. From the point of view of man's sociality, Rawls emphasized that the principle of justice should be used to standardize social cooperation and realize social stability, so as to construct an ideal society with the main goal of safeguarding individual freedom and rights, and Marx was also based on the social attributes of human beings. However, it emphasizes on the material foundation of social creation and shaping to grasp the problem of human freedom, so as to draw a blueprint for the all-round and free development of each person and all people. There are great differences between them in the mode, approach and goal of realization in ideal society, which is based on their different theoretical stand and mode of thinking.
