【摘要】：從傳統(tǒng)公共行政到新公共行政,是公共行政理論發(fā)展歷程中具有里程碑意義的范式轉(zhuǎn)變。與傳統(tǒng)公共行政追求經(jīng)濟(jì)與效率的價(jià)值取向不同,新公共行政更加強(qiáng)調(diào)社會(huì)公平與正義。新公共行政理論的出現(xiàn),既是經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展的必然產(chǎn)物,也是學(xué)科發(fā)展融合的智慧結(jié)晶。作為新公共行政思想的主要貢獻(xiàn)者和學(xué)派發(fā)展的領(lǐng)軍人物,弗雷德里克森的學(xué)術(shù)思想博大精深,包括社會(huì)公平復(fù)合理論、基于公共行政的治理理論、公共性理論、行政倫理觀、動(dòng)態(tài)開放的組織理論等。研究弗雷德里克森的新公共行政思想,對(duì)于我國(guó)未來的經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)改革具有一定的啟發(fā)和借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:From traditional public administration to new public administration, it is a landmark paradigm shift in the development of public administration theory. Different from the traditional public administration in pursuing the value orientation of economy and efficiency, the new public administration emphasizes more social fairness and justice. The emergence of new public administration theory is not only the inevitable outcome of economic and social development, but also the wisdom crystallization of the integration of discipline development. As a major contributor to the new public administration thought and a leading figure in the development of the school of thought, Frederickson's academic thoughts are extensive and profound, including the complex theory of social justice, the theory of governance based on public administration, the theory of publicity, and the concept of administrative ethics. Dynamic open organization theory and so on. The study of Fredriksson's new public administration thought has certain enlightenment and reference significance for the future economic and social reform of our country.
