【摘要】：以2009~2015年上市公司為樣本,研究企業(yè)政治關(guān)聯(lián)對(duì)員工收入水平的影響。結(jié)果表明,存在政治關(guān)聯(lián)的企業(yè)員工收入水平更高,而且企業(yè)存在政治關(guān)聯(lián)的強(qiáng)度越大,對(duì)員工收入水平的影響越大。進(jìn)一步區(qū)分企業(yè)所處行業(yè)的性質(zhì)之后發(fā)現(xiàn),管制行業(yè)內(nèi)企業(yè)高管政治關(guān)聯(lián)對(duì)員工收入水平的影響比非管制行業(yè)內(nèi)企業(yè)的正向影響更大。
[Abstract]:From 2009 to 2015, a sample of listed companies was used to study the influence of corporate political association on employee income level. The results show that the income level of employees with political connection is higher, and the greater the intensity of political connection, the greater the influence on employee income level. After further distinguishing the nature of the industry in which the enterprise is located, it is found that the influence of the political association of the executives in the regulated industry on the employee income level is greater than that on the positive influence of the enterprise in the non-regulated industry.
