【摘要】:本文闡述了列寧的人權(quán)思想形成過(guò)程及其主要內(nèi)容,分析了列寧人權(quán)對(duì)中國(guó)革命和建設(shè)時(shí)期人權(quán)主張的影響,總結(jié)了列寧人權(quán)思想與實(shí)踐的特色及其對(duì)當(dāng)代人權(quán)理論和世界人權(quán)運(yùn)動(dòng)的重要意義,主張從列寧的人權(quán)思想及其實(shí)踐反觀處在現(xiàn)代化進(jìn)程之中的當(dāng)代中國(guó)的人權(quán)建設(shè)邏輯。近代西方自由主義人權(quán)觀和馬克思人權(quán)觀是列寧人權(quán)思想的理論和邏輯起點(diǎn)。馬克思、恩格斯通過(guò)批判地分析,在“人類(lèi)解放”這一理想價(jià)值訴求的關(guān)照下,開(kāi)創(chuàng)了不同于近代西方自由主義的人權(quán)觀。列寧一生的政治追求和實(shí)踐無(wú)疑是處在馬克思理論視閾之內(nèi)的。但是,由于二者面對(duì)不同的時(shí)局和社會(huì)境況,列寧之于馬克思,理論上既有繼承,實(shí)踐中存在某些轉(zhuǎn)換。 列寧對(duì)人權(quán)問(wèn)題的關(guān)注緣起于俄國(guó)革命與解放的現(xiàn)實(shí)要求,闡述了民主對(duì)于社會(huì)主義的意義。在以后的社會(huì)主義革命和建設(shè)中,,主張把資本主義的“權(quán)利的平等”推進(jìn)到“社會(huì)的平等”,進(jìn)而催生了列寧關(guān)于經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)和文化權(quán)利的思想和實(shí)踐。 中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨建立以后,中國(guó)人民的人權(quán)斗爭(zhēng)拉開(kāi)了新的帷幕。馬克思主義人權(quán)觀給予了中國(guó)革命以理論和實(shí)踐的指導(dǎo),特別是列寧領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的俄國(guó)十月革命使中國(guó)人民看到了希望。黨帶領(lǐng)人民“以俄為師”開(kāi)始尋求科學(xué)的人權(quán)發(fā)展道路——馬克思主義、列寧主義的人權(quán)道路,并結(jié)合中國(guó)革命與建設(shè)不同階段的實(shí)際,走出了一條具有中國(guó)特色的人權(quán)道路。 列寧的人權(quán)思想與實(shí)踐表現(xiàn)出迥異于西方自由主義人權(quán)觀的階級(jí)性、實(shí)踐性和全面性特點(diǎn),直接或間接通過(guò)蘇聯(lián)的國(guó)際人權(quán)交往積極推動(dòng)了當(dāng)代人權(quán)理論和世界人權(quán)運(yùn)動(dòng)的發(fā)展,為當(dāng)代中國(guó)人權(quán)建設(shè)提供了參照。
[Abstract]:This paper expounds the forming process and main contents of Lenin's thought on human rights, and analyzes the influence of Lenin's human rights on human rights during the period of Chinese revolution and construction. This paper summarizes the characteristics of Lenin's human rights thought and practice and its significance to the contemporary human rights theory and the world human rights movement, and advocates the logic of human rights construction in contemporary China, which is in the process of modernization from Lenin's human rights thought and practice. Modern western liberalism and Marx's view of human rights are the theoretical and logical starting point of Lenin's human rights thought. Marx and Engels through critical analysis, under the care of the ideal value of "human liberation", created a different human rights view from modern western liberalism. Lenin's political pursuit and practice are undoubtedly within the scope of Marx's theory. However, because they face different situations and social conditions, Lenin inherited Marx in theory and changed in practice. Lenin's concern for human rights stems from the realistic requirements of Russian revolution and liberation, and expounds the significance of democracy to socialism. In the later socialist revolution and construction, it was advocated to push the "equality of rights" of capitalism to "social equality", which gave birth to Lenin's thought and practice on economic, social and cultural rights. After the establishment of the Communist Party of China, the human rights struggle of the Chinese people began a new curtain. Marxist views on human rights have given the Chinese revolution theoretical and practical guidance, especially the Russian October Revolution led by Lenin, which made the Chinese people see hope. The Party led the people to "learn from Russia" and began to seek a scientific road of human rights development-Marxist and Leninist human rights, and combined with the reality of the different stages of Chinese revolution and construction, and set out a human rights road with Chinese characteristics. Lenin's human rights thought and practice show the characteristics of class, practicality and comprehensiveness, which are different from those of western liberalism. Direct or indirect international human rights exchanges directly or indirectly promoted the development of contemporary human rights theory and the world human rights movement, and provided a reference for the construction of human rights in contemporary China.
