【摘要】：自20世紀(jì)70年代"第三波"民主化浪潮以來,西方民主化理論研究的重心逐步向民主轉(zhuǎn)型等議題轉(zhuǎn)移,塞繆爾·亨廷頓在《第三波:20世紀(jì)后期的民主化》一書中梳理了近代以來現(xiàn)代民主發(fā)展的進(jìn)程,但是世界民主化已出現(xiàn)新的動(dòng)向;"西方文化論"將現(xiàn)代民主與資本主義經(jīng)濟(jì)政治體制聯(lián)系在一起,企圖壟斷民主話語(yǔ)權(quán),對(duì)非西方文化帶有明顯的文化偏見。多元民主理論支持現(xiàn)代民主形態(tài)的多元屬性,世界民主化進(jìn)程也展示了現(xiàn)代民主形態(tài)的多元屬性。金融危機(jī)背景下的西方"民主退化"與"民主輸出困境"的事實(shí)再次證明,西方現(xiàn)代民主形態(tài)不具有普世價(jià)值意義,后發(fā)國(guó)家在選擇現(xiàn)代民主形態(tài)時(shí),必須根據(jù)自身特點(diǎn),選擇符合自身發(fā)展需要的民主形態(tài)。
[Abstract]:Since the third wave of democratization in the 1970s, the focus of theoretical research on democratization in the West has gradually shifted to issues such as democratic transformation. Samuel Huntington, in democratization in the late 20th Century of the third Wave, combs the development of modern democracy since modern times. However, there has been a new trend in the democratization of the world. "Western Culture Theory" links modern democracy with capitalist economic and political system, and attempts to monopolize the right of democratic discourse, which has obvious cultural prejudice against non-western culture. The theory of pluralistic democracy supports the pluralistic attributes of modern democratic forms, and the process of democratization in the world also shows the pluralistic attributes of modern democratic forms. Under the background of the financial crisis, the facts of "democratic degeneration" and "democratic export dilemma" in the West once again prove that the western modern democratic form has no universal value, and that the latter countries must choose the modern democratic form according to their own characteristics. Choose a democratic form that meets the needs of one's own development.
