【摘要】：現(xiàn)階段,我國正經(jīng)歷著一場前所未有的、深刻的、全方位的社會轉(zhuǎn)型,在這樣的背景下,公共行政實踐中很多問題凸顯出來,道德淪喪、誠信缺失、信任危機等行政倫理失范現(xiàn)象頻頻發(fā)生,人們在原有的理論框架中難以找到理想的答案,于是寄希望于倫理的路徑,對行政倫理的研究熱情也高漲起來。 毛澤東行政倫理思想作為毛澤東思想的有機組成部分,在中國爭取民族獨立和社會主義初期建設的革命歷程中發(fā)揮過重要作用,時至今日仍然具有積極而深遠的影響。本文試從行政倫理的角度出發(fā),對毛澤東行政倫理思想進行系統(tǒng)整理和分析,以期更好的發(fā)掘毛澤東行政倫理思想的精華。 本文依照毛澤東行政倫理思想的發(fā)展脈絡,首先對毛澤東行政倫理思想形成的現(xiàn)實基礎和理論淵源進行了梳理,然后對其行政倫理觀、行政倫理規(guī)范和行政倫理實現(xiàn)等問題進行了系統(tǒng)的闡述、總結和評價,最后粗淺的探討了毛澤東行政倫理思想的局限性和現(xiàn)時代意義,期望對防止和控制現(xiàn)代社會行政倫理失范提供有益借鑒。
[Abstract]:At the present stage, our country is experiencing an unprecedented, profound and all-round social transformation. Under such a background, many problems in the practice of public administration have become prominent, moral decline, lack of integrity, Trust crisis and other administrative ethical anomie frequently occur, people in the original theoretical framework can not find the ideal answer, so hope in the path of ethics, the enthusiasm for administrative ethics is also rising. Mao Zedong's administrative ethics thought, as an organic part of Mao Zedong's thought, has played an important role in the revolutionary course of China's struggle for national independence and the initial construction of socialism, and still has a positive and far-reaching influence to this day. This paper tries to analyze Mao Zedong's administrative ethics from the perspective of administrative ethics, in order to better explore the essence of Mao Zedong's administrative ethics. According to the development of Mao Zedong's administrative ethics thought, this paper firstly combs the realistic foundation and the theoretical origin of the administrative ethics thought of Mao Zedong, and then analyzes its concept of administrative ethics. The administrative ethical norms and the realization of administrative ethics are systematically expounded, summarized and evaluated. Finally, the limitations of Mao Zedong's administrative ethics and the significance of the present era are discussed. Hope to prevent and control the administrative ethics of modern society to provide useful reference.
