【摘要】：馬克思的市民社會批判具體顯現(xiàn)為兩種邏輯,通過政治經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)批判通達(dá)歷史唯物主義構(gòu)成了它的顯性邏輯,通過近代政治哲學(xué)批判創(chuàng)立馬克思政治哲學(xué)構(gòu)成了它的隱性邏輯。在馬克思政治哲學(xué)思想的歷史生成過程之中,市民社會問題的研究不僅幫助馬克思清算了對黑格爾法哲學(xué)的信仰,而且促成了馬克思與古典自由主義所代表的近代政治哲學(xué)傳統(tǒng)的分離,在這個意義上,市民社會批判就成為馬克思實(shí)現(xiàn)政治哲學(xué)革命性變革的思想節(jié)點(diǎn)。在市民社會批判的平臺上,馬克思從理論立場、致思路徑和價(jià)值追求這三個方面批判并超越了以古典自由主義為核心的近代政治哲學(xué)傳統(tǒng)學(xué)說,實(shí)現(xiàn)了政治哲學(xué)的革命性變革。
[Abstract]:Marx's critique of civil society is manifested as two kinds of logic, which is composed of its dominant logic through critique of political economy and understanding of historical materialism, and the establishment of Marxist political philosophy as its hidden logic through criticism of modern political philosophy.In the course of the historical formation of Marx's political philosophy, the study of civil society not only helped Marx clear his belief in Hegel's philosophy of law,In this sense, civil society criticism has become the ideological node of Marx to realize the revolutionary transformation of political philosophy.On the platform of critique of civil society, Marx criticized and transcended the traditional theory of modern political philosophy with classical liberalism as the core and realized the revolutionary change of political philosophy from three aspects: theoretical standpoint, thinking path and value pursuit.
