【摘要】：在《政府論下篇》之中,理查德·胡克是洛克多次征引的權(quán)威,這給人造成一種印象,似乎《下篇》里的政治學(xué)說建立在胡克思想的基礎(chǔ)之上。通過考察《下篇》中洛克對胡克的引用,并將洛克的學(xué)說與胡克的觀點(diǎn)進(jìn)行比對,可以發(fā)現(xiàn)胡克與洛克之間的分歧遠(yuǎn)大于一致。洛克對胡克的原文進(jìn)行斷章取義的曲解,從而將"自然狀態(tài)"和"社會契約"等新穎學(xué)說置于胡克這一傳統(tǒng)權(quán)威的保護(hù)之下,最終提出了人民有權(quán)反抗政府的激進(jìn)主張。事實(shí)上,洛克與胡克關(guān)于人之本性和政治共同體性質(zhì)的觀點(diǎn)從一開始就具有根本性的差異,這種差異正是洛克最終與胡克分道揚(yáng)鑣的原因所在。
[Abstract]:In the second Book of the Government, Richard Hook is Locke's repeated citation of authority, which gives the impression that the political doctrine in the second chapter is based on Hook's thought.By examining Locke's reference to Hook in the second part, and comparing Locke's theory with Hook's view, it is found that the difference between Hook and Locke is far greater than that of consensus.Locke misinterpreted Hook's original text out of context, thus putting new theories such as "natural state" and "social contract" under the protection of Hook's traditional authority, and finally put forward the radical proposition that the people have the right to resist the government.In fact, Locke and Hook's views on the nature of human nature and political community were fundamentally different from the beginning, which is why Locke finally parted ways with Hook.
