【摘要】：正本文發(fā)表于著名的女性主義哲學(xué)雜志《希帕蒂婭》(Hypatia)2008年7—9月號(hào)(總第23卷)。作者艾米·艾倫(Amy Allen)為美國(guó)達(dá)特茅斯學(xué)院哲學(xué)系教授、當(dāng)代批判的女性主義理論家。在當(dāng)代西方女性主義政治哲學(xué)中,艾利斯·馬瑞恩·揚(yáng)(Iris Marion Young)以其"有差異的公民資格"和"差異政治"而獨(dú)具特色。在本文中,作者全面考察了揚(yáng)的權(quán)力概念,認(rèn)為她的權(quán)力概念至少在兩個(gè)方面是不完整的:首先,她傾向于將權(quán)力與狹義的"壓迫與支配"概念相等同,因而缺乏對(duì)個(gè)體賦權(quán)和集體賦權(quán)令人滿意的分析;其次,她對(duì)權(quán)力的分析能否很好地應(yīng)用于對(duì)跨國(guó)正義的思考,這一點(diǎn)是不明確的。作者得出的結(jié)論是,人們需要認(rèn)真思考如何拓展或矯正揚(yáng)的權(quán)力分析方法,以便公正地對(duì)待跨國(guó)正義問題。
[Abstract]:This article is published in the July-September 2008 issue of Hypatia, a famous philosophical journal of feminism (Vol. 23).Amy Allen is a professor of philosophy at Dartmouth College and a feminist theorist of contemporary criticism.In the contemporary western feminist political philosophy, Ellis Maryne Marion Marion Young is unique for his "different citizenship" and "differential politics".In this paper, the author examines Yang's concept of power and thinks that her concept of power is incomplete in at least two aspects: first, she tends to equate power with the narrow concept of "oppression and domination".Therefore, there is a lack of satisfactory analysis of individual and collective empowerment; secondly, it is unclear whether her analysis of power can be well applied to thinking about transnational justice.The author concludes that people need to think about how to expand or correct the power analysis method in order to treat transnational justice fairly.
