【摘要】：在政治生活中，，政治寬容始終扮演著不可或缺的角色，它是解決各種政治沖突的重要手段。但是在政治寬容的選擇過程中必然會(huì)伴隨著各種利益的權(quán)衡，同時(shí)各種價(jià)值選擇與價(jià)值評(píng)價(jià)貫穿其中。政治寬容所具有的價(jià)值不可忽視，從某種意義上來說政治寬容本身就是一個(gè)價(jià)值問題。 利益與價(jià)值多元化的存在是導(dǎo)致政治沖突的根源，而為了更好地解決各種復(fù)雜而又棘手的政治沖突，政治寬容應(yīng)運(yùn)而生，但是這種選擇的做出不是隨心所欲的，而是各個(gè)政治主體在做出充分的利弊權(quán)衡的基礎(chǔ)上做出的，這是一種價(jià)值選擇，體現(xiàn)著明顯的價(jià)值特征。當(dāng)然政治寬容也不是消極的縱容，無原則的接受，我們所要倡導(dǎo)的政治寬容是一種積極意義上的政治寬容，這種政治寬容是對(duì)政治寬容的最高層面的升華，是對(duì)政治寬容的界限的最準(zhǔn)確的界定，它撇開了那種消極的政治寬容所帶有的漠視的成分積極地對(duì)待政治上的異己以及各種不同的觀念、主張、行為等，積極尋求利益的共同點(diǎn)，最終達(dá)到各種政治主體與政治客體相互協(xié)調(diào)統(tǒng)一的一種和諧、有序的狀態(tài)。 任何價(jià)值選擇的做出都是會(huì)付出一定代價(jià)的，政治寬容也不例外。做出政治寬容價(jià)值選擇的各個(gè)價(jià)值主體都會(huì)或多或少的在一定程度上遭受某些利益的損失，對(duì)于一個(gè)國(guó)家來說甚至?xí)谝欢ǚ秶鷥?nèi)導(dǎo)致政治危機(jī)的出現(xiàn)，但是這些相對(duì)于政治寬容價(jià)值選擇的長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)目標(biāo)來說都是可以暫時(shí)割舍的，這也是政治寬容與政治妥協(xié)最主要的區(qū)別，政治寬容追求的是一種終極的人文價(jià)值目標(biāo)，致力于最終實(shí)現(xiàn)人類的自由、全面的發(fā)展，而政治妥協(xié)主要是對(duì)于眼前利益的一種暫時(shí)的讓步。而面對(duì)政治寬容的價(jià)值選擇，確定一個(gè)價(jià)值評(píng)價(jià)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)是必要的也是非常有意義的，各國(guó)政治發(fā)展的民主化程度、各國(guó)國(guó)內(nèi)以及世界各國(guó)之間發(fā)展的和諧程度以及個(gè)人發(fā)展的自由、全面的程度是政治寬容的價(jià)值評(píng)價(jià)不可缺少的內(nèi)容。 審視當(dāng)前世界，政治寬容作為一個(gè)價(jià)值問題還沒有真正得到落實(shí)，對(duì)于政治寬容的價(jià)值建構(gòu)更是缺少行之有效的措施。我們不得不承認(rèn)當(dāng)前在政治寬容的價(jià)值建構(gòu)的過程當(dāng)中還有不少困境等著我們?nèi)タ朔�。而為了盡快走出政治寬容的價(jià)值建構(gòu)所遇的困境還應(yīng)該積極地從政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化以及社會(huì)等各個(gè)方面創(chuàng)造政治寬容價(jià)值建構(gòu)的各種條件，積極探尋政治寬容建構(gòu)的實(shí)現(xiàn)路徑，最終實(shí)現(xiàn)政治寬容的雙重價(jià)值訴求。
[Abstract]:In political life, political tolerance has always played an indispensable role, it is an important means of resolving various political conflicts.However, in the process of political tolerance, various kinds of interests must be weighed, at the same time, various value choices and value evaluation run through them.The value of political tolerance can not be ignored, in a sense, political tolerance itself is a value problem.The existence of diversity of interest and value is the root of the political conflict. In order to solve all kinds of complicated and intractable political conflicts, political tolerance arises at the historic moment, but the choice is not arbitrary.It is made by each political subject on the basis of full tradeoff between advantages and disadvantages, which is a value choice and embodies obvious value characteristics.Of course, political tolerance is not passive connivance, unprincipled acceptance. The political tolerance we want to advocate is a kind of political tolerance in a positive sense. This kind of political tolerance is a sublimation of the highest level of political tolerance.It is the most accurate definition of the limits of political tolerance. It sets aside the indifferent elements of that negative political tolerance and actively treats political dissidents and various ideas, opinions, actions, etc.Seek the common ground of interest actively, and finally achieve a harmonious and orderly state of political subject and political object.Any value choice will pay a price, and political tolerance is no exception.Each value subject who makes the value choice of political tolerance will more or less suffer the loss of certain benefits to a certain extent, and even lead to the emergence of political crisis in a certain range for a country.However, these long-term goals in relation to the value choice of political tolerance can be temporarily abandoned. This is also the main difference between political tolerance and political compromise. What political tolerance pursues is an ultimate humanistic value goal.Committed to the ultimate realization of human freedom, overall development, and political compromise is mainly a temporary concession to immediate interests.In the face of the value choice of political tolerance, it is necessary and very meaningful to determine a standard of value evaluation. The degree of democratization of political development in various countries,The harmonious degree of development and the freedom of individual development are indispensable to the evaluation of the value of political tolerance.Looking at the current world, political tolerance as a value problem has not been really implemented, and it lacks effective measures to construct the value of political tolerance.We have to admit that there are still many dilemmas to overcome in the process of constructing the value of political tolerance.In order to get out of the dilemma of the value construction of political tolerance as soon as possible, we should actively create various conditions for constructing the value of political tolerance from the aspects of politics, economy, culture and society, and actively explore the way to realize the construction of political tolerance.Finally realize the double value demand of political tolerance.
