【摘要】：作為中國歷史上著名的“海青天”海瑞,一生宦海沉浮,毀譽(yù)參半,是一個(gè)既備受贊揚(yáng)又屢遭非議的人物。在行政人格上,他既有清正廉潔、剛正不阿、勤政為民、崇尚節(jié)儉的魅力,又有嚴(yán)于律己與苛以待人、正義凜然與古怪刻板、不恤流俗與不善交際的兩面性。海瑞行政人格的這種矛盾性,是由家庭、儒家文化、明代士風(fēng)和個(gè)人心態(tài)等多種主客觀因素促成的。海瑞的行政人格啟示我們,作為現(xiàn)代行政人員,既要有獨(dú)立的行政人格,又要善于溝通和妥協(xié),還要具有堅(jiān)定的德治與法治意識。
[Abstract]:As a famous Hai Rui in the history of China, the life of the official sea ups and downs, mixed reputation, is both praised and repeatedly criticized the character.In the administrative personality, he is not only honest, upright, diligent for the people, advocating the charm of frugality, but also strict with oneself and hard to treat others, justice and eccentric stereotype, not to care for the vulgar and not sociable two sides.The contradiction of Hai Rui's administrative personality is caused by many subjective and objective factors, such as family, Confucian culture, Ming Dynasty style of scholars and personal mentality.Hai Rui's administrative personality enlightens us that as modern administrative personnel, we should not only have independent administrative personality, but also be good at communication and compromise, and also have a firm sense of rule by virtue and rule by law.
