【摘要】：實(shí)現(xiàn)學(xué)校教育的良治,需要政府、社會(huì)和教育機(jī)構(gòu)共同努力,特別需要發(fā)揮社會(huì)組織和公眾主動(dòng)參與的積極性。創(chuàng)新和完善多元主體參與教育制度設(shè)計(jì)的機(jī)制,充分維護(hù)和保障多元主體的制度設(shè)計(jì)參與權(quán),是當(dāng)前完善學(xué)校制度建設(shè)的核心議題。教育制度設(shè)計(jì)必須在明確協(xié)商民主機(jī)制的基本要素與完善多元主體參與教育制度設(shè)計(jì)程序規(guī)則的基礎(chǔ)上,促進(jìn)不同主體間公開而平等的對(duì)話、交流和協(xié)商,構(gòu)建參與型、互動(dòng)型教育制度設(shè)計(jì)模式,從而推動(dòng)教育制度設(shè)計(jì)民主、科學(xué)與法治的進(jìn)程。
[Abstract]:To realize good governance of school education requires the joint efforts of government, society and educational institutions, especially the initiative of social organizations and public participation.To innovate and perfect the mechanism of multi-subjects participating in the design of education system, and to fully safeguard and guarantee the right of participation in the system design of pluralistic subjects are the core issues of perfecting the construction of school system at present.The design of educational system must promote open and equal dialogue, exchange and consultation among different subjects on the basis of defining the basic elements of democratic mechanism of consultation and perfecting the rules of procedure of multi-subject participation in the design of educational system.The interactive education system design pattern, thus promotes the education system design democracy, the science and the rule of law process.
