【摘要】：在約翰·羅爾斯的影響之下,契約主義成為當代政治哲學和道德哲學中的全球正義理論的一種重要的分析進路。一些世界主義者根據羅爾斯式的契約主義方法,建構了全球差別原則、全球機會平等和基于需要的最低門檻原則等三種較具代表性的全球分配正義原則。實際上,全球正義理論的契約主義分析路徑并不是一種可行的全球正義分析路徑,譬如,全球差別原則的最大問題可能是全球差別原則在實踐中的可行性問題,全球機會平等和基于需要的最低門檻原則難以解決由文化多樣性所帶來的挑戰(zhàn)。
[Abstract]:Under the influence of John Rawls, contractualism has become an important way to analyze the theory of global justice in contemporary political philosophy and moral philosophy.Some cosmopolitans have constructed three more representative principles of global distribution justice according to Rawls' contractual method: the principle of global difference, the principle of global equality of opportunity and the principle of minimum threshold based on needs.In fact, the path of contractual analysis of global justice theory is not a feasible path of global justice analysis. For example, the biggest problem of the principle of global difference may be the feasibility of the principle of global difference in practice.The global equality of opportunity and needs-based minimum threshold principles do not address the challenges posed by cultural diversity.
