【摘要】：當(dāng)今我國正處于社會(huì)的轉(zhuǎn)型期,權(quán)力的擴(kuò)張和濫用催生了貪污腐敗、貧富分化等嚴(yán)重問題。如何制約權(quán)力擴(kuò)張濫用,讓權(quán)力合理運(yùn)行、社會(huì)穩(wěn)定有序發(fā)展是我們必須面對(duì)和克服的政治難題。近年來的"國學(xué)熱"讓人們開始重新審視諸子百家"通萬方之路"、"同歸而殊途"的治國構(gòu)想,韓非子作為法家思想的集大成者,早在兩千多年前就提出了他獨(dú)特的權(quán)力制約觀,主張"以勢(shì)保權(quán)"、"以法制權(quán)"、"以術(shù)馭權(quán)",對(duì)當(dāng)前我國權(quán)力制約機(jī)制的完善有著極大啟發(fā)。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, our country is in the period of social transformation. The expansion and abuse of power have given birth to serious problems such as corruption, polarization between rich and poor, and so on.How to restrict the abuse of power expansion, the rational operation of power, and the stable and orderly development of society are the political problems we must face and overcome.The idea of "protecting power by power", "right by law" and "controlling power by skill" has great inspiration for the perfection of power restriction mechanism in our country at present.
