【摘要】：社會(huì)福利是人類(lèi)保障基本生活、提高生活質(zhì)量的制度性安排。在現(xiàn)代性福利謀劃中,空想社會(huì)主義構(gòu)想一種共同體式的福利抱負(fù),并呈現(xiàn)出三重理論圖像:在社會(huì)心理維度,空想社會(huì)主義視福利為營(yíng)造安全感、歸屬感的途徑,追求一種安全共同體的生活;在民生政治向度,空想社會(huì)主義將福利看作成員的一項(xiàng)應(yīng)得權(quán)利,發(fā)出社會(huì)權(quán)利共同體的第一聲吶喊;在社會(huì)建設(shè)層面,空想社會(huì)主義開(kāi)列豐富的福利清單,設(shè)計(jì)出諸種福利模式,為成員生活提供幸福共同體的方案�？障肷鐣�(huì)主義共同體福利構(gòu)想影響了自由主義和科學(xué)社會(huì)主義的福利思想和政策主張。
[Abstract]:Social welfare is the institutional arrangement to ensure basic life and improve the quality of life.In the planning of modern welfare, utopian socialism envisions a kind of community welfare ambition, and presents a triple theoretical image: in the social psychological dimension, utopian socialism regards welfare as a way to create a sense of security and a sense of belonging.Pursuing the life of a kind of security community; in the political direction of people's livelihood, utopian socialism regards welfare as a deserved right of its members and sends out the first cry of the community of social rights; at the level of social construction,Utopian socialism provides rich welfare lists, designs various welfare models, and provides a happy community for the members' lives.The welfare conception of utopian socialist community influenced the welfare thought and policy of liberalism and scientific socialism.
