【摘要】：基層自治是一定地理界線內(nèi)的人口,其內(nèi)部的組織及機(jī)構(gòu)的組成體現(xiàn)為一定程度的自主、自立、自決過(guò)程。本文主要研究中國(guó)古代自治的大致情況,彭真自治理念與基層民主的實(shí)踐,包括他1950年代和1980年代倡導(dǎo)街道自治、村民自治的理論貢獻(xiàn)和偉大實(shí)踐。
[Abstract]:Grass-roots autonomy is the population within a certain geographical boundary, and its internal organization and organization constitute a certain degree of autonomy, independence, self-determination process.This paper mainly studies the general situation of ancient Chinese autonomy, the concept of Pengzhen autonomy and the practice of grass-roots democracy, including his theoretical contribution and great practice in advocating street autonomy and villager autonomy in 1950s and 1980s.
