【摘要】：盧旺達(dá)1994年發(fā)生的針對(duì)圖西人的種族屠殺的歷史根源是歐洲殖民者基于"含米特假設(shè)"的種族主義觀念和制度安排。獨(dú)立后胡圖精英執(zhí)政的第一共和國(guó)繼承和強(qiáng)化了殖民時(shí)代的種族主義意識(shí)形態(tài),第二共和國(guó)高度集權(quán)的全控體制為種族矛盾的操縱提供了條件。20世紀(jì)80年代初開始的經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)和政治危機(jī)以及以圖西人為主的盧旺達(dá)愛國(guó)軍引發(fā)的內(nèi)戰(zhàn)成為種族屠殺的直接推動(dòng)力。胡圖極端勢(shì)力為了維護(hù)自身的權(quán)力和利益,利用民眾的恐懼不安和生存困境,借助于國(guó)家控制的宣傳和武裝力量,將廣大民眾裹挾到種族屠殺的罪惡機(jī)制之中。對(duì)盧旺達(dá)案例的剖析有助于理解民族矛盾和沖突的實(shí)質(zhì)。
[Abstract]:Rwanda occurred in 1994 for the Tutsi genocide is the historical origin of European settlers "based on the arrangement of the Hamitic hypothesis" racist ideas and system. Analysis of the case of Rwanda is helpful to understand the national contradiction and impact A sudden substance.
