【摘要】：當(dāng)前,基于三微一端等網(wǎng)絡(luò)社交平臺的微傳播成為新興主流傳播方式,正在改變中國的傳播格局和輿情生態(tài),也催發(fā)了文化政治的崛起。文化政治關(guān)注的是不同文化身份主體間建構(gòu)的文化權(quán)力關(guān)系以及產(chǎn)生的文化沖突。網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情中的文化政治具體表現(xiàn)為:微傳播凝聚嵌合在人們?nèi)粘Ｉ钪性捳Z實踐的力量,形成推動社會變革的新動力;網(wǎng)民借助新媒體平臺打破了單一的傳播格局,依靠微話語聚合的力量重構(gòu)了新的文化權(quán)力關(guān)系;大量在傳統(tǒng)媒體時代被壓抑、被忽略、被邊緣化的話語在微傳播中得到了釋放并形成話語權(quán)力,由此重塑網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情生態(tài)。文化政治對社會政治的改良和進步具有平衡和牽制的作用,但也存在泛娛樂化、倫理失范等問題,需進一步優(yōu)化并在推動社會整體性變革進程中獲得真正的意義。
[Abstract]:At present, microcommunication based on three microsocial platforms has become a new mainstream mode of communication, which is changing the pattern of communication and the ecology of public opinion in China. The cultural politics is concerned with the cultural power relationship and the cultural conflict between different cultural identity subjects. The cultural politics in the network public opinion is manifested as follows: micropropagation condenses and embedded. Combined with the power of discourse practice in people's daily lives, The Internet users broke the single communication pattern with the help of the new media platform, and reconstructed the new cultural power relationship by the power of micro-discourse aggregation; a large number of them were suppressed and ignored in the era of traditional media. The marginalized discourse has been released and formed the discourse power in the microcommunication, thus remolding the network public opinion ecology. The cultural politics has the balance and the restraint function to the social politics improvement and the progress, but also has the pan-entertainment. The problems such as ethical anomie need to be further optimized and gained real significance in the process of promoting the transformation of society as a whole.
