【摘要】： 二十世紀的西方民主理論體系極為龐雜,各種學(xué)說層出不窮、讓人目不暇接,代表人物紛紛登場。在這股現(xiàn)代西方社會政治思潮中,民主社會主義占有很重要的地位,且影響巨大。 本文通過對民主社會主義民主觀的起源的回顧,對其內(nèi)容的闡述,對其與另外幾種20世紀的西方民主觀念如新自由主義民主觀、新保守主義民主觀、精英主義民主觀、多元主義民主觀、參與式民主觀的比較、揭示彼此之間的內(nèi)在承接關(guān)系,以及對民主社會主義民主觀與科學(xué)社會主義民主觀的對比,試圖理清民主社會主義民主觀的發(fā)展脈絡(luò),揭示其發(fā)展邏輯、獨到之處以及局限性。 民主社會主義民主觀是在西方社會這塊獨特的文化土壤中培育出來的,是種特殊的、歷史的政治現(xiàn)象,有其歷史文化和社會局限性,并不具備普遍適用性。在當代中國政治發(fā)展過程中,我們應(yīng)以馬克思主義的視角觀察與評價民主社會主義的民主觀念和理論,不能照搬其民主體制和價值觀念,應(yīng)當樹立起牢固的科學(xué)社會主義民主觀。從方法上講,必須堅定無產(chǎn)階級立場,運用馬克思主義唯物史觀的階級斗爭理論來分析各種政治現(xiàn)象。唯此,才能真正推動中國特色社會主義民主政治不斷向前發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The western democratic theory system in twentieth Century is extremely complex, various theories emerge in an endless stream, so dizzying, representatives have appeared. In the modern western political thoughts, democratic socialism occupies a very important position, and a huge impact.
This paper reviews the origin of the democratic socialist democracy, the content of the paper, and several other twentieth Century Western democratic ideas of Neo liberal democratic values, the new conservative view of democracy, elite democracy, pluralism, democracy, participation is people subjective, revealing the inner relationship between each other. And compared with the view of scientific socialism democracy to the democratic socialist democracy, trying to sort out the development of democratic socialist democratic outlook, revealing its development logic, originality and limitations.
The democratic socialist democracy is cultivated in the western society the unique culture, is a special political phenomenon, history, culture and society has its historical limitations, does not have universal applicability. In the process of Chinese contemporary political development, we should regard the Marx perspective observation and evaluation of democratic socialism the concept of democracy and theory, not to copy the democratic system and values, should establish a scientific conception of socialist democracy firmly. It must be a firm proletarian position, based on the Marx materialism class struggle theory to analyze various political phenomena. Only in this way, in order to truly promote the Chinese socialist democratic politics development.
