【摘要】：穩(wěn)定而高效率的政治環(huán)境是經(jīng)濟、文化以及社會的發(fā)展進步的重要基礎(chǔ),第二次世界大戰(zhàn)至今,新興第三世界中國家在國家現(xiàn)代化進程中不斷出現(xiàn)政權(quán)受挑戰(zhàn)等政治動蕩和不穩(wěn)定現(xiàn)象,過快的經(jīng)濟發(fā)展速度超越了現(xiàn)階段社會所能承受的范圍。如何平衡發(fā)展與穩(wěn)定的關(guān)系?這就成了所有新興第三世界所要面臨的新問題,也是美國著名政治學(xué)家塞繆爾·菲利普斯·亨廷頓“政治發(fā)展理論”所研究和回答的問題。本文運用政治學(xué)和歷史學(xué)等學(xué)科的理論和方法,從亨廷頓政治發(fā)展思想的論淵源和產(chǎn)生的背景切入,首先討論亨廷頓政治發(fā)展理論形成的思想來源,并交代了理論產(chǎn)生的大環(huán)境,其次是重點概括亨廷頓政治發(fā)展理論的主要內(nèi)容,其中重點討論了政治制度、政治現(xiàn)代化、強大政府論等重要觀點,大體勾勒出理論的整個框架結(jié)構(gòu),在此基礎(chǔ)上,對亨廷頓的政治發(fā)展理論的合理性和局限性進行了客觀的分析和評價,并針對中國現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)中遇到的現(xiàn)實問題,結(jié)合亨廷頓的相關(guān)理論,指出了這一理論對中國的政治現(xiàn)代化發(fā)展所能提供的參考和啟迪。本文共分五部分。第一章緒論,主要交代了本文選題的背景和意義、研究方法及國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀。第二章主要交代亨廷頓政治發(fā)展理論產(chǎn)生的社會背景和理論的淵源。第三章是本文的重點內(nèi)容,交代亨廷頓政治發(fā)展理論的主要內(nèi)容,包括他提出的強大政府論以及政治發(fā)展目標等具體內(nèi)容。第四章是對亨廷頓理論有了整體了解和分析后的客觀評價。第五章為亨廷頓政治發(fā)展理論對中國的一些啟發(fā)及現(xiàn)實意義。
[Abstract]:A stable and efficient political environment is an important foundation for economic, cultural and social development and progress. In the process of national modernization, the emerging third world countries have been experiencing political instability and instability, such as political power being challenged, and the speed of economic development has exceeded the scope that society can bear at the present stage. How to balance the relationship between development and stability? This has become a new problem for all the emerging third world. It is also a question studied and answered by Samuel Phillips Huntington, a famous American political scientist, in his Theory of political Development. From the origin and background of Huntington's thought of political development, this paper first discusses the origin of Huntington's theory of political development, and explains the environment in which the theory came into being. Secondly, it mainly summarizes the main contents of Huntington's political development theory, which focuses on the important viewpoints of political system, political modernization, strong government theory, and outlines the whole frame structure of the theory, on the basis of which, The rationality and limitation of Huntington's theory of political development are analyzed and evaluated objectively. This article is divided into five parts. The first chapter introduces the background and significance of this thesis. The second chapter mainly explains the social background of Huntington's political development theory and the origin of the theory. The third chapter is the main content of this paper, the main content of Huntington's political development theory. The 4th chapter is an objective evaluation of Huntington's theory after being understood and analyzed as a whole. Chapter 5th is some of Huntington's theory of political development in china. Inspiration and practical significance.
