【摘要】：本文采用2002-2015年中國對"一帶一路"沿線部分國家直接投資流量數據,利用動態(tài)面板門限回歸模型,考察了東道國法律指標和腐敗控制指標對我國"一帶一路"基礎設施投資經濟溢出效應的影響。實證結果表明,東道國這兩項指標質量的高低對于我國在"一帶一路"基礎設施投資的經濟溢出效應有著明顯的門檻作用:當東道國這兩項指標質量較高時,我國的基礎設施投資可以給東道國經濟增長帶來正向的外部性;當這兩項指標質量較低時,我國投資會給東道國經濟增長帶來"負外部性"。
[Abstract]:This paper uses the data of China's direct investment flows to some countries along "Belt and Road" from 2002 to 2015, and uses the dynamic panel threshold regression model. This paper investigates the influence of host country's legal index and corruption control index on the economic spillover effect of "Belt and Road" infrastructure investment in China. The quality of the two indicators in the host country has an obvious threshold effect on the economic spillover effect of China's investment in "Belt and Road" infrastructure: when the quality of these two indicators is relatively high, Our country's infrastructure investment can bring positive externality to the host country's economic growth, and when the quality of these two indexes is low, our country's investment will bring "negative externality" to the host country's economic growth.
