【摘要】：在西方行政管理學(xué)史上,有一位重要的代表人物,她就是被稱為“管理學(xué)的先知”的瑪麗·帕克·福萊特(Mary Parker Follett)。福萊特的動(dòng)態(tài)行政管理思想作為管理學(xué)經(jīng)典,蘊(yùn)含著對于管理實(shí)踐的深刻體悟與洞察。本文以福萊特的動(dòng)態(tài)行政管理思想為研究對象,從國內(nèi)外相關(guān)研究入手,探討其產(chǎn)生的背景和內(nèi)涵,進(jìn)而對其動(dòng)態(tài)行政管理思想進(jìn)行評價(jià),以期為當(dāng)代行政管理實(shí)踐提供可借鑒的啟示。本文主要分為以下六個(gè)部分。第一部分,緒論。介紹了研究的目的和意義、研究現(xiàn)狀、研究方法和創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)。第二部分,介紹的是福萊特的動(dòng)態(tài)行政管理思想的淵源。分別從哲學(xué)基礎(chǔ):費(fèi)希特的大自我思想;心理學(xué)基礎(chǔ):庫利的鏡中自我思想;韋特海默的格式塔心理學(xué)和社會(huì)學(xué)基礎(chǔ)三個(gè)方面具體闡述福萊特動(dòng)態(tài)行政管理思想的淵源。第三部分,是整個(gè)論文的核心部分,論述福萊特的動(dòng)態(tài)行政管理思想的內(nèi)容。這部分又分為三個(gè)方面:群體原則、融合統(tǒng)一和情境規(guī)律。第四部分,論述的是福萊特的動(dòng)態(tài)行政管理思想的特點(diǎn)。包括以群體作為基本分析單位、以心理層次分析作為分析視角和以動(dòng)態(tài)性監(jiān)控作為目的手段三個(gè)方面。第五部分,對福萊特的動(dòng)態(tài)行政管理思想從合理性和局限性兩方面進(jìn)行了評價(jià)。第六部分,詳細(xì)闡述了福萊特的動(dòng)態(tài)行政管理思想的借鑒意義。倡導(dǎo)關(guān)注行政管理實(shí)踐中人的自由,并重塑政府權(quán)威。本文通過文獻(xiàn)研究法、行政生態(tài)研究法和歷史研究法分析福萊特的動(dòng)態(tài)的行政管理思想。自福萊特《動(dòng)態(tài)行政管理》出版,已七十五年了,但書中關(guān)于行政管理的論述卻歷久彌新。在80年代新公共管理運(yùn)動(dòng)的“重塑政府”浪潮中,福萊特的思想成為政府變革的淵源。在信息化和全球化的背景下,福萊特動(dòng)態(tài)行政管理思想的當(dāng)代意義更為突出。她倡導(dǎo)的群體原則、融合統(tǒng)一和情境規(guī)律,對現(xiàn)代行政學(xué)的發(fā)展具有重要意義。
[Abstract]:In the history of Western administrative management, there is an important representative who is Mary Parker Follett.Mary Parker Follettt, known as the Prophet of Management, is the classic of management. It contains profound understanding and insight into the management practice. This paper takes Fortlett's thought of dynamic administration as the research object, starting with the relevant research at home and abroad, discusses the background and connotation of its emergence. The thesis is divided into the following six parts: the first part, the introduction, introduces the purpose and significance of the research, and the current situation of the research. The second part introduces the origin of Fullett's thought of dynamic administration. From the philosophical basis: Fichte's big self-thought, psychological foundation: Kuli's mirror self-thought; Wetheimer's Gestalt psychology and sociological foundation concretely explain the origin of Forrest's dynamic administrative thought. The third part is the core part of the whole thesis. This part is divided into three aspects: group principle, integration unity and situational law. Part 4th, This paper discusses the characteristics of Forrest's dynamic administrative thought, including three aspects: group as the basic unit of analysis, psychological analysis as the perspective of analysis and dynamic monitoring as the aim and means. Part 5th, This paper evaluates Fortlett's thought of dynamic administration from two aspects of rationality and limitation. Part 6th expounds in detail the significance of his thought of dynamic administration, and advocates to pay close attention to the freedom of human being in the practice of administration. This paper analyzes Fortlett's dynamic administrative thoughts through literature research, administrative ecological research and historical research. It has been seventy-five years since the publication of Folet's "dynamic Administration". In 80s, in the new public management movement "reshaping the government" tide, Fullett's thought became the origin of the government reform. Under the background of information and globalization, The group principle she advocated, the integration of unity and situational law, is of great significance to the development of modern administration.
