【摘要】：在現(xiàn)實(shí)政治運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)中,對(duì)抗式民主造成許多相互否決的現(xiàn)象,在國際關(guān)系中,還出現(xiàn)外交承諾的隨意性,成為全球有效治理的國內(nèi)制度障礙。這種現(xiàn)象人們目睹了很多,也是這些年來西式民主受到越來越多批評(píng)的原因之一。
[Abstract]:In the realpolitik, confrontational democracy creates a lot of mutual rejection, and in international relations there is also the arbitrariness of diplomatic commitment as a domestic institutional obstacle to effective global governance. It is also one of the reasons for the growing criticism of western-style democracy over the years.
