【摘要】：自由是人類關(guān)切的終極價(jià)值之一,是政治哲學(xué)討論的中心話題。20世紀(jì)80年代,隨著價(jià)值多元主義在西方政治思想界的興起,同時(shí)對(duì)自由主義的議題有了更深入的探討。蓋爾斯頓作為一位著名的政治學(xué)家,經(jīng)過(guò)多年的實(shí)踐闡釋出自由主義與多元主義之間的關(guān)系。蓋爾斯頓在為柏林的價(jià)值多元主義進(jìn)行辯護(hù)的同時(shí),并論證了自由主義與價(jià)值多元主義是兼容的,提出了自己的自由多元主義思想。 本文全面研究了蓋爾斯頓的自由多元主義思想,深入地闡述了自由多元主義的三個(gè)理論來(lái)源。他主張的價(jià)值多元主義與政治多元主義是互相促進(jìn)、相互補(bǔ)充的,他們共同在自由主義表達(dá)自由原則的基礎(chǔ)上決定了自由多元主義的制度和文化上的兩個(gè)維度。在此基礎(chǔ)上,本文對(duì)蓋爾斯頓的自由多元主義思想進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)的分析,蓋爾斯頓對(duì)自由主義與多元主義之間關(guān)系的論述、自由多元主義理論的闡述、對(duì)國(guó)家共同體的保護(hù)、對(duì)公民善以及結(jié)社自由與表達(dá)自由的關(guān)注,都使得他的理論在不斷完善。 本文在第一章中,對(duì)蓋爾斯頓自由多元主義思想的時(shí)代背景與理論淵源進(jìn)行整理。第二章中,闡述了自由多元主義思想的主要內(nèi)容,包括“完備的,而非政治”的理論、價(jià)值多元主義與政治共同體、自由多元主義國(guó)家的公民善以及自由多元主義國(guó)家的的結(jié)社自由和表達(dá)自由。在第三章中,對(duì)蓋爾斯頓自由多元主義思想的合理性、局限性及現(xiàn)實(shí)啟示進(jìn)行了評(píng)析。
[Abstract]:Freedom is one of the ultimate values of human concern. It is the central topic in the discussion of political philosophy. In 80s, with the rise of value pluralism in western political thought, At the same time, there was a deeper discussion of the issue of liberalism. Gelston, as a famous political scientist, After many years of practice, he explained the relationship between liberalism and pluralism. While defending the value pluralism in Berlin, Galston argued that liberalism and value pluralism were compatible. Put forward his own free pluralism thought. This paper makes a comprehensive study of Gelston's thought of liberal pluralism, and expounds the three theoretical sources of liberal pluralism. The value pluralism and political pluralism he advocates are mutually reinforcing and complementary to each other. On the basis of the liberal principle of freedom of expression, they decided the two dimensions of the system and culture of liberal pluralism. On this basis, this paper makes a systematic analysis of Gelston's thought of liberal pluralism. Galston's discussion on the relationship between liberalism and pluralism, the theory of liberal pluralism, the protection of national community, the concern for the civil good and the freedom of association and expression all make his theory perfect. In the first chapter, the background and theoretical origin of Gelston's thought of liberal pluralism are summarized. In the second chapter, the main contents of the thought of liberal pluralism are expounded, including the theory of "complete, not political". Value pluralism and political community, civil good in liberal pluralistic countries, freedom of association and freedom of expression in liberal pluralistic countries. In the third chapter, the rationality of Gelston's liberal pluralism, Limitations and realistic enlightenment are analyzed.
