【摘要】：利益是社會生活和社會關系中重要范疇,在人們的思想與行為中有著重要作用。馬克思曾指出“人們奮斗所爭取的一切,都同他們的利益有關”。①馬克思把利益作為出發(fā)點研究政治經(jīng)濟學,并滲透在其思想的各個領域,形成了豐富的利益理論。中國的馬克思主義的繼承者們更進一步地結合中國實際豐富和發(fā)展了馬克思主義利益理論。二十一世紀初,中國的利益格局產(chǎn)生新變化,呈現(xiàn)出利益主體多元化、利益差距擴大化、利益矛盾復雜化和利益沖突激烈化的態(tài)勢。同時,中國處于并將長期處于社會主義初級階段的基本國情和人民日益增長的物質文化需要同落后的社會生產(chǎn)之間的矛盾仍然是我國社會的主要矛盾仍未改變。 然而,中國的基本國情和主要矛盾仍未改變,且在新世紀有出現(xiàn)許多新情況。胡錦濤結合我國的基本國情和二十一世紀初新的利益格局,進一步豐富和發(fā)展了馬克思主義利益觀。本文從整體著眼對胡錦濤的利益觀展開全面的研究,突破了歷來對胡錦濤利益觀的片面研究的局限。以胡錦濤本人的相關闡述為依據(jù),對其利益觀進行了邏輯清晰的系統(tǒng)構建,更加突出了胡錦濤利益觀的整體性和系統(tǒng)性。 胡錦濤利益觀內(nèi)涵豐富,主要包括利益主體觀、利益發(fā)展觀、利益維護觀和利益實現(xiàn)觀。其中,利益主體觀深化了人民利益的概念,明確了人民是利益創(chuàng)造和共享的主體,并指出人民利益不僅具有全面性和動態(tài)性,而且是差異性和一致性的統(tǒng)一。利益發(fā)展觀闡明了發(fā)展人民利益必須要以發(fā)展生產(chǎn)力為前提條件,以科學發(fā)展觀為思想基礎,以創(chuàng)新發(fā)展方式為根本保證。利益維護觀闡明了公平正義是維護人民利益的基本原則,統(tǒng)籌兼顧是維護人民利益的根本方法,推進各項利益機制建設是維護人民利益的重要保障。利益實現(xiàn)觀則從推進經(jīng)濟建設和政治建設,建設文化強國,加快社會建設,建設美麗中國分別闡述了如何實現(xiàn)人民的經(jīng)濟利益、政治利益、文化利益、社會利益與生態(tài)利益。 從研究可以看出,胡錦濤利益觀具有重大的理論意義和實踐價值,它實現(xiàn)了理論與現(xiàn)實的緊密結合,發(fā)展和創(chuàng)新了馬克思主義利益觀,成為馬克思主義利益觀的最新理論成果。同時,它還是人們樹立正確利益觀的思想綱領,更是處理和協(xié)調(diào)我國利益矛盾的科學指南。
[Abstract]:Interest is an important category in social life and social relations, and plays an important role in people's thinking and behavior. All related to their interests ".1 Marx studied the political economy with interest as a starting point and infiltrated into all fields of his thinking, The inheritors of Marxism in China further enriched and developed the theory of Marxist interests in the light of China's reality. In early 21th century, new changes took place in the pattern of interests in China. It presents a trend of diversification of interest subjects, widening of interest gap, complication of interest contradiction and intense conflict of interest. At the same time, The contradiction between the basic national conditions and the increasing material and cultural needs of the people in the primary stage of socialism and the backward social production is still the main contradiction of our society. However, China's basic national conditions and major contradictions have not changed, and there are many new situations in the new century. Hu Jintao combined China's basic national conditions with the new interest pattern at the beginning of 21th century. It further enriches and develops the Marxist view of profit. This paper has carried out a comprehensive study on Hu Jintao's view of interest from the whole perspective, breaking through the limitations of the one-sided study of the concept of interest of Hu Jintao. This paper makes a logical and clear systematic construction of Hu Jintao's view of profit, which highlights the integrity and systematicness of Hu Jintao's view of profit. Hu Jintao's concept of interests is rich in connotation, including the concept of interest subjectivity, the concept of interest development, the view of interest maintenance and the view of interest realization. Among them, the concept of interest subject deepens the concept of people's interest and makes clear that the people are the subject of the creation and sharing of interests. It is pointed out that the interests of the people are not only comprehensive and dynamic, but also the unity of difference and consistency. The concept of interest development clarifies that the development of the interests of the people must take the development of productive forces as the prerequisite and the scientific concept of development as the ideological basis. The viewpoint of interest maintenance clarifies that fairness and justice are the basic principles of safeguarding the interests of the people, and overall consideration is the fundamental method of safeguarding the interests of the people. Promoting the construction of various interest mechanisms is an important safeguard for safeguarding the interests of the people. The concept of interest realization begins with the promotion of economic and political construction, the building of a strong cultural power, and the acceleration of social construction. How to realize the economic, political, cultural, social and ecological interests of the people is discussed in order to build a beautiful China. It can be seen from the study that Hu Jintao's view of profit has great theoretical significance and practical value. It realizes the close combination of theory and reality, develops and innovates the Marxist view of interest. At the same time, it is also a scientific guide for people to set up a correct view of interest and to deal with and coordinate the contradiction of interests in our country.
