【摘要】：中東歐的新民粹主義并沒(méi)有一個(gè)核心的意識(shí)形態(tài),其政策就是"取悅于民"。新民粹主義政黨并不創(chuàng)設(shè)新議題,而只是"匯集民意",迎合大眾口味的各種主張都能為其所用。中東歐轉(zhuǎn)型中存在諸多弊端如大眾經(jīng)濟(jì)滿意度差、階級(jí)力量的潰散、傳統(tǒng)政黨代表能力下降、民族主義情緒發(fā)酵等因素,在社交媒體的重新整合下催生出新民粹主義。但是,新民粹主義所包含的彼此相互印證或相互矛盾的方案如經(jīng)濟(jì)平民主義、疑歐主義、反精英政治、民族主義等并不是解決中東歐現(xiàn)存問(wèn)題的有效方案,反而加劇了政黨關(guān)系、民族關(guān)系、本國(guó)與歐盟關(guān)系的緊張,推動(dòng)中東歐政治朝著更為激進(jìn)的方向發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Neo-populism in Central and Eastern Europe does not have a central ideology. Its policy is to "please the people." Neo-populist parties do not create new issues. In the transition of Central and Eastern Europe, there are many disadvantages, such as poor satisfaction with the mass economy, the collapse of class power, and the decline in the representativeness of traditional political parties. Factors such as the ferment of nationalist sentiment have spawned new populism as a result of the reintegration of social media. However, neo-populism involves mutually reinforcing or contradictory solutions such as economic populism, Euroscepticism, anti-elite politics, Nationalism is not an effective solution to the existing problems in Central and Eastern Europe. On the contrary, it intensifies the relations between political parties, nationalities and the European Union, and promotes the development of politics in central and eastern Europe in a more radical direction.
