【摘要】：資本邏輯乃是物化的生產(chǎn)關(guān)系的資本自身矛盾運(yùn)動(dòng)的規(guī)律。物化勞動(dòng)是資本邏輯產(chǎn)生的根源,而資本權(quán)力通過(guò)生產(chǎn)資料對(duì)勞動(dòng)力的支配是資本邏輯的基礎(chǔ),它在社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)生活中轉(zhuǎn)化為兩種力量,從而構(gòu)成資本邏輯的兩個(gè)方面:一是推動(dòng)生產(chǎn)力系統(tǒng)不斷擴(kuò)張與發(fā)展的社會(huì)關(guān)系動(dòng)力,二是由資本擴(kuò)張悖論所產(chǎn)生的阻力,由此構(gòu)成了資本邏輯的內(nèi)在矛盾,形成資本主義生產(chǎn)方式的歷史發(fā)展規(guī)律。資本邏輯具有資本的三大層次上的三種表現(xiàn)形態(tài):一是資本邏輯的本質(zhì)形態(tài)——物質(zhì)生產(chǎn)層次的資本邏輯的物化形態(tài);二是市場(chǎng)交換層次的資本邏輯的貨幣形態(tài);三是資產(chǎn)證券化層次的資本邏輯的虛擬形態(tài)。
[Abstract]:The capital logic is the materialization of the relations of production capital of its own contradictions. The rule of materialized labor is the root of the logic of capital production, and through the production of labor power capital domination is the foundation of the logic of capital, which in the social and economic life into two forces, which constitute the two aspects of the logic of capital: is a dynamic social relations and promote the continuous expansion and development of the power system, the two is caused by the paradox of capital expansion resistance, which constitute the inherent contradiction of the logic of capital, the formation of the capitalist mode of production history of the development of law.
