【摘要】：正21世紀(jì)以來,西方面臨著日益嚴(yán)重的危機(jī)和挑戰(zhàn):恐怖襲擊、難民危機(jī)、經(jīng)濟(jì)危機(jī)、種族沖突。在這種背景下民主日益失靈、民粹強(qiáng)勢(shì)崛起。2016年西方最重要的兩個(gè)國家發(fā)生黑天鵝事件:英國脫歐、特朗普當(dāng)選美國總統(tǒng)。2017年5月法國也差一點(diǎn)步英美后塵。以民粹主義政黨為代表的反建制力量一再"挑戰(zhàn)"現(xiàn)有的政治秩序和主流政黨的執(zhí)政地位,一向以穩(wěn)定著稱的多個(gè)歐洲國家出現(xiàn)了政治不穩(wěn)定現(xiàn)象。以資本主義為主要支撐的西方政治制度經(jīng)過了幾百年
[Abstract]:Since 21th century, the West has faced growing crises and challenges: terrorist attacks, refugee crises, economic crises, ethnic conflicts. In this context, democracy is failing day by day. In 2016, the black swan occurred in two of the most important countries in the West: Brexit from the European Union. Trump was elected president of the United States. In May 2017, France nearly followed Britain and the United States. Anti-establishment forces, represented by populist parties, repeatedly "challenged" the existing political order and the ruling position of mainstream political parties. Political instability has emerged in many European countries, which have long been known for their stability. The Western political system, supported mainly by capitalism, has lasted for hundreds of years.
