【摘要】：廉政思想是中國古代政治思想的一個重要組成部分,在以人治為主要手段的封建社會里,君主實行廉政是鞏固封建統(tǒng)治、維護王朝秩序的有效方式。在中國傳統(tǒng)文化的培育下,明朝官員海瑞的廉政思想及其進行的一些列政治實踐不僅對當(dāng)時的大明王朝產(chǎn)生了重要影響,而且也為后人為官治國提供了極為有益的經(jīng)驗和思路。作為名垂青史的清官,海瑞對內(nèi)嚴格加強個人的道德修身,對外努力為國家建功立業(yè),不僅是為時人稱頌和后人效仿的道德楷模,而且也是奉行廉政的典范。 雖然海瑞沒有對其廉政思想做過專門的論述,但是通過對其生平事跡的了解和詩文、書信、奏疏等著作的研究,仍然可以尋找到其廉政思想體系的清晰脈絡(luò)。在當(dāng)前的時代背景下,對海瑞的廉政思想及其政治實踐進行梳理和研究,對于個人和國家的發(fā)展都具有重要的意義：一方面有助于加深個人對中國傳統(tǒng)文化的了解,身處在浮躁和喧囂的現(xiàn)代社會環(huán)境中,海瑞的廉政思想及其政治實踐有助于個人加強自身的道德修養(yǎng)和道德素質(zhì)；另一方面,海瑞的廉政思想及其政治實踐對于推動國家廉政制度的建設(shè),提高國家公務(wù)人員的素質(zhì)也具有極為有益的借鑒之處。 本文的研究對象是海瑞的廉政思想及其政治實踐,通過對海瑞個人著作和書信的研讀以及其他學(xué)者對海瑞生平事跡、思想內(nèi)容研究資料的參考,同時結(jié)合作者自身現(xiàn)有的知識儲備和研究能力,本文主要通過四大部分對海瑞的廉政思想及其政治實踐進行了總體的概括和評價。具體的結(jié)構(gòu)框架和內(nèi)容安排主要如下： 首先是緒論部分,主要交代了選擇海瑞廉政思想及其政治實踐作為研究主體的時代背景和研究意義、國內(nèi)外學(xué)者對這一主題的研究現(xiàn)狀、采用的主要研究方法以及論文寫作過程中存在的難點和創(chuàng)新點。其次是論文的主體部分,第2章主要介紹海瑞廉政思想及其政治實踐的主要來源,包括深厚的傳統(tǒng)文化學(xué)養(yǎng)、繼承和發(fā)揚“內(nèi)圣外王”的儒家傳統(tǒng)文化、吸收王陽明“心學(xué)”思想的精華、個人不畏強權(quán)、廉潔為政的性格特征四個方面；第3章主要介紹海瑞廉政思想及其政治實踐的主要內(nèi)容和政治追求,這是本文的主體和基石。廉政思想的內(nèi)容主要包括海瑞重視個人道德修身和強調(diào)對國家和人民的責(zé)任兩大方面,每一方面又有種種具體的表現(xiàn)。通過海瑞的廉政思想及其政治實踐,可以發(fā)現(xiàn)致力于實現(xiàn)儒家“內(nèi)圣外王”的理想社會模式是海瑞畢生的政治追求；第4章是本文的落腳點,也是文章的點睛之筆,主要分析了海瑞廉政思想及其政治實踐中存在的歷史合理性與局限性,以此得出其廉政思想在現(xiàn)代社會中的價值。海瑞廉的政思想及其政治實踐不僅有利于個人道德素質(zhì)和修養(yǎng)的提高,而且對于整個國家的廉政建設(shè)都具有極大的啟示和參照意義。
[Abstract]:The idea of clean government is an important part of the ancient Chinese political thought. In the feudal society, in which the rule of man is the main means, the monarch's clean government is an effective way to consolidate feudal rule and maintain the order of the dynasty. Hai Rui, the official of the Ming Dynasty, not only had an important influence on the Daming Dynasty, but also provided a very useful experience and thinking for the later generations to govern the country. Hai Rui strictly strengthens the personal moral self-cultivation and makes great efforts to make contributions to the country. It is not only a moral model for praise and emulation of later generations, but also a model for pursuing a clean government. Although Hai Rui has not made a special exposition on his idea of a clean government, through the understanding of his life and deeds and the study of his poems, letters, and other works, Still, we can find the clear context of his incorruptible thought system. Under the background of the present era, we can sort out and study Hai Rui's clean government thought and its political practice. It is of great significance for the development of both individuals and countries: on the one hand, it helps to deepen the understanding of Chinese traditional culture and to be in a modern social environment of impetuosity and hustle and bustle. Hai Rui's clean government thought and its political practice help individuals to strengthen their moral cultivation and moral diathesis. On the other hand, Hai Rui's clean government thought and its political practice can promote the construction of national clean government system. Improving the quality of state officials also has a very useful reference. The research object of this paper is Hai Rui's thoughts on clean government and his political practice. Through the study of Hai Rui's personal works and letters, as well as the references of other scholars to the life deeds and ideological content research materials of Hai Rui, At the same time, combined with the author's existing knowledge reserve and research ability, this paper mainly summarizes and evaluates Hai Rui's clean government thought and its political practice through four parts. The concrete structure frame and content arrangement are as follows:. The first part is the introduction, which mainly explains the background and significance of choosing Hai Rui's clean government thought and its political practice as the main body of study, and the current research situation of domestic and foreign scholars on this subject. The main research methods adopted and the difficulties and innovations in the process of writing the thesis are followed by the main part of the paper. Chapter 2 mainly introduces Hai Rui's clean government thought and its main source of political practice, including the profound traditional culture education. Inheriting and carrying forward the traditional Confucian culture of "inside and outside kings", absorbing the essence of Wang Yangming's thought of "heart study", personal disdain for power, and the character characteristic of clean government; The third chapter mainly introduces Hai Rui's thought of clean government and the main content and political pursuit of his political practice. This is the main body and cornerstone of this article. The content of the thought of clean government mainly includes two aspects: Hai Rui attaches importance to personal morality and emphasizes the responsibility to the country and the people. Through Hai Rui's clean government thought and its political practice, we can find that the ideal social model dedicated to the realization of Confucian "internal saints and external kings" is the political pursuit of Hai Rui's life. Chapter 4 is the foothold of this article. It is also the finishing touch of the article. It mainly analyzes the historical rationality and limitation of Hai Rui's clean government thought and its political practice. Hai Rui's political thought and its political practice are not only conducive to the improvement of personal moral quality and accomplishment, but also have great enlightenment and reference significance to the construction of clean government in the whole country.
