【摘要】：處在社會政治生活中的人，既受到個體理性選擇的影響，也受到其所身處的群體影響。個體的心理對個體的行為選擇有著非同一般的影響力，而處于一個群體中的個體卻會被刨除其自我道德、修養(yǎng)、所受教育等等因素的影響，而被賦予群體的特征。若群體表現(xiàn)得理性而自制，則個體也自然守法而有禮；若群體的特性是殘暴而無良，個體則也可能表現(xiàn)得激進且易怒。因此，在中國的公民意識不斷覺醒，，以及其越來越自由的表達對政策參與欲望和行動的大環(huán)境下，對中國公民的政治心理譜系的研究也迫切而必要。在研究中國國民政治心理脈絡之前，為保證不一葉障目，做出以下幾個假定。一是將群體中的公民都抽象化為可觀測的非先驗的“政治人”，二是將影響公民政治心理的最重要因素定義為國家政治體制結(jié)構(gòu)，三是法律與道德也是變量之一。由此可得知在穩(wěn)定狀態(tài)下的中國公民的政治情感、政治態(tài)度與政治認同。但中國公民也有一些典型的錯誤知覺，使得其在特殊條件下會做出不同以往的甚至是激進的政治行為。在這樣的情況下，公民心理會對中國特色社會主義政治發(fā)展產(chǎn)生影響，同時，中國的政治發(fā)展也會反向作用于公民的政治心理，雙方相互影響，互為因果。當前，公民心理對中國特色社會主義政治發(fā)展的影響主要表現(xiàn)在諸如兩種政治情感并存而使得中國社會出現(xiàn)分化，又諸如“泛政治化”“逆政治化”等傾向?qū)φ胃母锂a(chǎn)生消極影響等等。而導致此現(xiàn)象的原因主要是由于政府行政體制弊端、社會平衡機制失效、政治認同感減弱以及其他政治文化影響等。要改變當前現(xiàn)狀，唯有建設政治文化和社會主義核心價值體系，推動公民意識和主人翁意識建設，加強對民眾的法治教育和加強社會主義法制建設。
[Abstract]:People in social and political life are influenced not only by the rational choice of individual, but also by the group in which they live. The individual's psychology has an extraordinary influence on the individual's behavior choice. However, the individual in a group is influenced by the factors such as self-morality, self-cultivation, education and so on, and is endowed with the characteristics of the group. If the group behaves rationally and self-control, the individual will naturally abide by the law and be courteous; If the group is brutal and unscrupulous, the individual may also be radical and irritable. Therefore, in the context of China's rising civic awareness and its increasing freedom to express its desire and action for policy participation, It is also urgent and necessary to study the pedigree of Chinese citizens' political psychology. The following assumptions are made: first, to abstract the citizens of the group into observable, non-priori "political people"; and second, to define the most important factors affecting the political psychology of citizens as the structure of the national political system, Third, law and morality are also one of the variables. From this, we can know the political feelings, attitudes and political identity of Chinese citizens in a stable state. But Chinese citizens also have some typical erroneous perceptions. Under special conditions, they will make different and even radical political acts. In such cases, the civic psychology will have an impact on the political development of socialism with Chinese characteristics, and at the same time, China's political development will also negatively affect the citizens' political psychology. The two sides influence each other and cause and effect each other. At present, The influence of civic psychology on the political development of socialism with Chinese characteristics is mainly manifested in the coexistence of two kinds of political feelings, which has caused the Chinese society to become divided. And such tendencies as "pan-politicization" and "anti-politicization" have a negative impact on political reform. The main causes of this phenomenon are the malpractice of the government administrative system and the failure of the social balance mechanism. In order to change the current situation, the only way to change the current situation is to build a political culture and a socialist core value system and to promote the building of a sense of citizenship and ownership. We will strengthen education on the rule of law among the people and strengthen the building of the socialist legal system.
